The living room was covered in bright red and green wrapping paper. Glitter from the Christmas tree ornaments peppered the floor, while tinsel was randomly strewn about the house. Everything smelled like pine cones and hot apple cider—it was heavenly.

Jimin carefully unwrapped another present her parents had gifted him while he sat cross legged on the floor. He was dressed in adorable flannel pajamas and a Gucci t-shirt, looking catalog worthy in her parents living room.

The gift was cologne.

"Wow, thank you so much Mr. and Mrs. Tremaine. This is really too much," Jimin said, obviously taken aback by the gift. Already my mom had given him three new shirts, two rings, five pairs of earrings and three beanies. She was spoiling him. But Auden didn't mind. Jimin was adorable unwrapping gifts.

"I haven't had Auden home for Christmas in forever. Having you here has been an extra special treat. I just had to celebrate," Auden's mother gushed. She was absolutely smitten with Jimin. And Auden couldn't blame her.

Jimin stood up to bow and then gave Auden's mother a hug.

They'd already celebrated with the members and Jimin's parents a week before while they'd been in South Korean, and they were now celebrating with her family too.

Auden was snuggled up on the couch by the fire, watching the whole evening with sleepy contentedness. She couldn't remember the last time she'd felt so relaxed. So happy.

Auden and her mother were closer than ever. They'd since had a heart to heart and her mother had admitted to her wrongs. She apologized for treating Auden the way she had all those years and asked for her forgiveness. Auden immediately granted it to her, wanting their family to feel whole again.

Everyone made mistakes. Her mother's had been underestimating her. Not believing in her. But all of that was in the past now.

Jimin came over to sit by her again as her mother and father began bickering over which wrapping paper to save for later.

He pulled her feet onto his lap so he could snuggle into her even closer. "I hope that is all the gifts," he said, looking guilty.

"Oh, don't pretend you don't love being spoiled," Auden teased, leaning in to kiss his adorable cheek. He flushed.

"How are you liking your present?" Jimin asked, changing the subject, a sudden sparkle coming into his eyes.

It was Auden's turn to blush. She lifted her hand and glanced for the one millionth time at the ring on her finger. He'd put it there a couple weeks after the tour had ended.

It was a beautiful oval gem, solid ten karats in a golden band. He'd asked her to marry him when they'd gone back to South Korea for Christmas after the tour. He'd taken her to Nami Island, a beautiful island filled with lush forest landscape draped in alabaster snow. That was where he'd proposed to her.

She could still remember vividly the cute little "Will You Marry Me?" sign that Yoongi and Jin had been holding while bundled up in their coats and mittens. V had started playing romantic music, Namjoon was in charge of throwing the rose petals onto the snowy path, Jungkook lit the candles and Hobi was filming the entire thing. Having all of them there had made it even more special.

She hadn't hesitated to say yes. She wanted to spend the rest of her life with him.

"I still can't believe it's real," Auden admitted, the diamond shimmering under the lights of the Christmas tree.

Jimin grinned. "Well Believe it Mrs. Park. Because it's most definitely real." He leaned down to press a soft kiss to her lips, and Auden let out a satisfied sigh.

"Merry Christmas, Jimin," she whispered after he'd pulled away, resting his forehead against hers.

"Merry Christmas, baby."

A\N:

Short, I know, but I wanted to write it for some reason. I just could imagine them during Christmas together and I just thought it was so cute. Another little epilogue to come! Stay tuned for the final one!
