Danica was enjoying her time alone, she had been curled up in her bed with a marvel movie playing on the tv and popcorn in her hand.

After the movie, she decided to call her best friend. Her and Amaya don't talk too much during the summer besides when they are together because things get hectic.

The girl picked up her phone and clicked on her friends name. After a few rings the call was answered

"Hey babe how've you been?" Amaya was Danicas favorite person, the bond the two shared was unmatched.

Danica smiled at her phone, "ive been pretty good actually, i just missed my favorite person"

Amaya placed a hand over her heart and stuck out her bottom lip. "Aww I missed you too. Im so excited that Im going to be out there with you in a few days"

The girls talked about random things and stared laughs until Danica decided to catch her best friend up on the most recent developments of her life.

"okay so Ive been put in a dilemma." Danica laid on her back, legs outstretched over her bed.

"hmm interesting let me hear it"

"ive managed to lowkey find myself in a love triangle. I met this really cute and sweet guy named Chris and Ive kinda caught feelings for Conrad" Danica scrunched her nose as she awaited Amaya's response.

After a few moments of silence, Amaya let out a loud, gleeful squeal. Startling Danica, causing her to drop her phone on to her face.

"ow holy fuck" Danica rolled onto her stomach before repositioning her phone so that she was back in frame.

As she looked at the phone, Amaya was dancing around her room. "This is so exciting! Ive shipping Donrad for years! Yes!"

Danica simply rolled her eyes at her friend. She stood up and ran to her bathroom to splash some cold water on her face, she looked in the mirror and saw her lip beginning to swell.

"oh fuck me" She rolled her eyes and went back to her room.

"okay babe you can cheer by yourself, i want cereal and time to think." Danica smiled at her best friend, who was jumping on her bed.

"god you're such a child Amaya. I love it so much" Amaya hopped off her bed and ran to her phone.

"ok bye i love you! i cant wait to see you! byeee" With that the pair hung up.

Danica rolled off her bed and began to head towards the stairs. As she began to head down the stairs, she heard two voices

"you guys are assholes" Belly's voices echoed up the stairs.

Danica felt guilty listening to the argument brewing at the end of the stairs, yet she couldn't turn away.

"Belly. cmon-"

I told him he was a dick for crashing her date.

"All I wanted was to go to the drive in with a guy that I think is cute and sweet and you guys had to come and ruin it" Danica was proud that her friend was standing up for herself.

"and us showing up for like 2 minutes ruined that? really? grow up Belly"

oh shit just got real. Danica slid her back against the wall and took a seat. In her stomach, she felt a tight feeling, she knew that she shouldn't be here. But the girl had trouble peeling herself away from anything involving Conrad Fisher.

"Why couldn't you let me have this one thing? huh? admit it. you knew what you were doing."

"what? what was I doing?"
