Background: Sophie Abigail Masons-Kort-DiNozzo Masons can see ghosts, she is on Gibbs team at NCIS. Out of all the members on Gibbs team only Gibbs, Tony DiNozzo, Balboa and Abby Sciuto, know of Sophies powers of seeing ghosts. The other members dont know that she can see ghosts. She uses her powers to help solve cases with her team at NCIS. The other thing about Sophie Masons, is that she is only 3-years-old, she is the adopted daughter of Trent Kort and Tony DiNozzo, her adopted uncles are Tobias Fornell, Balboa and Leroy Jethro Gibbs, her Aunt is Abby Sciuto. She also has a dog named T.K, which is short for Tyler Kennedy, he is an Australian Shepherd, a service/therapy dog. Abby gave her T.K when Sophie had a bad panic attack one day, when she was with her Aunt Abby and Abby wanted to get her a service/therapy dog. Sophie only trusts her family and has a lot of medical problems because of her powers.
The name Sophie is a form of Sophia, a name of Greek origin meaning wisdom. It is the feminine form of the word Sophos which means wise.

POV: Trent Kort
I woke up with my husband Anthony "Tony" DiNozzo Jr., our daughter Sophie Abigail Masons-Kort-DiNozzo and her service/therapy dog Tyler Kennedy T.K Masons-Kort-DiNozzo in mine and Tonys bed. I wake them both up and get ready for work.
Morning Babe, Princess and T.K. I said
Morning Babe, Sweetie and T.K. said Tony
Morning Papa, Papi and T.K. said Sophie
Sophie, are you feeling better? I asked, because she had a nightmare from her powers of seeing ghosts. She just pulls into me and starts to talk to me while Tony takes a shower.
Papi, it was bad, can I stay with you? said/asked Sophie
I dont know Princess, Im going undercover, but you can go into work with Papa. I said
Okay, I want my pink dress, with flowers and cowgirl boots. said Sophie
Alright, let's get you ready for work with Papa. I said as I swung her on my back and went to her room getting out the dress and Boots. I then put them on her and she went to get her light pink hair bow. I put her hair and a ponytail and then put the hair bow in.
Princess, you look beautiful, how about we go make breakfast, while Papi gets ready. said Tony, as he was getting T.Ks Service Harness on and picking up Sophie
Okay Papa, Get ready Papi. I want to say bye, before Papa and I leave. said Sophie
Of course Sophie. I said as I got up to get ready.
Once I was ready, the three of us and T.K had breakfast. Once we were done we said bye.
Bye Princess and Prince, have fun at work. Princess, dont let my Prince die. Also I love you two and our T.K. T.K you keep them both safe. I said petting T.K, kissing Sophie on her forehand and kissing Tony on his lips, before I got my things.
Bye Papi, Love you and T.K and I promise to keep Papa safe. said Sophie as she and T.K gave me hugs, before Sophie got her and T.Ks things in her backpack.
Love you Babe, come back safe, no dyeing. You Know our Princess cant lose anymore family. She already lost her Dad and Mom, no more. said Tony, as he kissed me
You two are worse than Daddy and Mommy. said Sophie, after she is done getting ready.
We know Princess, ready to go? said Tony
Yes, bye Papi, have fun undercover. said Sophie, hugging me one more time.
