Chapter 6: How do you play this game?

Summary:
Dream realises he's hungry. Simps give him food. Dream meets new person. Also something gets checked off from the list?

Chapter Text:

Dream once again awoke on the bed in the infirmary.

He noticed that both of his friends had left at this point and that it was about time he should go home as well.

He left out the front gate and walked to his bench rethinking what XD had told him.

I guess tomorrow I'll have a look around the school? He thought. Maybe ask Fundy, he did offer when I first met him...

It would be easy if I had his number...maybe I'll ask XD about getting a phone?

Thoughts muddled Dream's brain as he fell asleep on the bench.

The sun arose on the horizon.

Dream got up and looked at his new outfit.

It was a black shirt that was a little big on him, with a lime green hoodie and black shorts.

Dream headed off to school.

It was a real day now as Dream went to multiple different classes.

His first class was art with a teacher named Nikki,

Next, was math class with Wilbur, this class was taught by Bad

There was Physed, with Puffy. Techno and Sap were in his class, which was nice.

The fourth one was with Fundy, and Quackity It was history taught by Skeppy.

The classes were still super sped up but the game let Dream know what each teacher's name was and what class it was before doing so.

It was lunch time now, both Fundy and Quackity led Dream to a spot where everyone was going to meet up.

"Dream!" Sapnap called out.

Dream waved.

As he approached he could smell the delicious food.

He felt hungry...Really hungry. Like he hadn't eaten anything fulfilling for a couple of days Which he hadn't now that he thought about it.

What is happening?

Wilbur's Voice spoke up. "Dream? I was wondering if you wanted some of my food. I accidentally made too much this morning... So I wanted to know if you would like some?"

"I would love to have some Wilbur," Dream said.

Because I don't have any myself

"Alright then here you go"

Dream took the food from Wilbur and ate it. It might not have been his most gracfulist moment but he was hungry god d*mn it.

"Dream? I don't really have a meal but we could share a snack?" Sapnap said.

"I still have those snacks from yesterday too!" Fundy spoke.

In the end it turned into a picnic with everyone sharing their foods. (Except that it was only really shared with Dream, and that mysteriously almost everyone offered something with pink blushes on there faces)

Dream felt satisfied as he finished his portion.

"Thank you so much, it tasted really good!" Dream said.

Dream sat there listening to everyone talking when he remembered he was supposed to ask for a tour from Fundy.

"Uh- Fundy?"

"Yes, Dream?"

"I was sorta wondering if you could still show me around the school?"

Fundy Stared at Dream as his tail started wagging. "Of course, I can do anything for you! Let's go right now"

Fundy got up as he held a hand out toward Dream.

Dream took it as he stood up as well.

"Where are you going?" Quackity asked

"Dream asked me to show him around school" Fundy replied

"I'll be right back," Dream said.

"Yeah see? Let's go Dream, we should hurry there isn't a lot of time left for lunch".

"Hey wa-"

Fundy dashed off with Dream following behind him. They slowed down once they got to the main entrance and Fundy showed Dream the different classrooms and other locations.

Time went by slowly as he laughed and talked with Fundy, it was really enjoyable and Fundy was really fun.

But, Dream also started getting worried he walked around the whole school and still couldn't find any items that could help him, No pencils or erasers lying around. Which was weird because this is a school.

"Alright, I think that was everything!" Fundy looked at the time. "Oh, it looks like class is going to start soon, we must have lost track of time, huh? Silly me. Well bye Dream see you later"

"Bye Fundy"

Dream walked the busy hallways as he thought of what he should do next to complete this objective.

"Hey look out"

Dream looked up. On reflex his hands came out and he immediately caught a boy who had just tripped over him. The boy he caught seemed to have a frog hoodie on.

"Ah you dropped this"

Dream picked up a camera that the boy dropped and gave it back..

*BRIIIING*

" Thank you," the boy said before running off.

Dream turned around, and noticed that there was a pencil on the floor.

He must have dropped this

"Hey, wait you forgot-"

Wait, Dream needed a pencil. He probably wouldn't mind if I took this right? Yeah he wouldn't mind.

Dream looked to see that he had ¼ things collected now.

He happily went to his next class.
