just a quick note about the story, I felt the need to rewrite it since I think my skills as a writer have improved since last summer and I think this story deserved to be expanded on rather than however I half-assed it before.
few changes to note:
still technically an au, they have their quirks but they're happy and living good nonwar fighting lives in ua, yay!
this story used to be called heather, but i think i used that to tie the fic too closely to the song if that makes sense? so it's renamed.
