Your P.O.V.

Fuck this.

I groaned and turned to the other side of the bed, just to hiss like a vampire when I saw the sunshine seeping through my windows.

It's morning already?!

I didn't know I can stay awake all night. Well, if it meant that I would be turning a hundred times in bed trying to sleep but end up crying and regretting my life choices. Specifically breaking up with the one and only person that I love.

What a dumb sentence, can a person even love more than one person romantically at the same time??

Probably. But that's not my problem right now. I obviously can't turn back now and beg for Wonyoung to come back to me. First of all, I used the money her parents gave me and I already sealed the deal. And second, she's probably more angry at me than she's hurting. Maybe she won't want to see me ever again.

After all, she spent too much time for me. And I just wasted all of those just for money that her parents gave. I know, I'm the dumbest person in the world.

But you know the thing is, love can't solve all problems. At that time I had no choice but to take the offer. The business I was starting finally had the opportunity to rise. And those contractors are already solved and are off my back because of them. So, as a matter of fact, it did solve most of my problems.

I was interrupted from my thoughts when a loud and desperate knock on my door was heard.

"Who is it?" I groaned and sat up in my bed to open the door, but it already busted open and came in none other than my friends.

"Y/n, what the hell is happening to you?!" Yujin barged in and wailed her arms around like a panicking person.

"What do you mean? I just woke up-- I mean I was just about to sleep." I shrugged.

"Yeah and you left your main door unlocked. A thief-- or worse a murderer could've entered and killed you!" she emphasized.

"Oh. I did?" I asked.

"You did. How do you think we entered your apartment?" Leeseo added and crossed her arms.

"Right. Sorry." I scratched my nape and smiled apologetically.

"There's another thing we came here for." Yujin said before sitting down the bed beside me and showing me the screen of her phone.

I was still trying to adjust to the brightness, so I scratched my eyes for a bit before reading the article.

Headline: Jang Wonyoung takes a break from her current career as an artist. Fans ask whether it is temporary or permanent.

Oh God.

"Can you give us an explanation?" Leeseo asked.

"No, not ask. We demand an explanation." Yujin corrected.

I groaned and removed the blanket off of me before sitting properly. How am I even going to start explaining to them about everything.

"It's a long story." I sighed.

"Obviously. That's what we came here for. No excuses." Yujin replied.

"Fine, just let me freshen up first and make some coffee. You two wait in the kitchen." I stood up and headed to the bathroom while they went outside.

It was hard to move like the usual, so it took me longer to take a bath and fix myself. I know that I was the one to blame for this, but I didn't know that break-ups were this painful.
