Your P.O.V.
"This is our shop."
I opened the doors wide so Chaewon and my friends could enter.
"It's not that big and we still haven't cleaned the place yet. But the space is enough for albums and artworks once we've set things up." I explained.
The three of them looked around while I dusted some dirt off the doorknob to my office.
"My office is already cleaned up, all that's left is here." I told them.
"We're going to help?" Leeseo asked.
"You don't want to?" I crossed my arms.
"I don't wa--"
"I can help." Chaewon spoke, cutting the younger girl off.
I thanked her while she gave me a thumbs up.
"Anyways, it's getting darker outside. We should start fixing this place tomorrow." Yujin suggested.
We all agreed, so I turned off the lights and locked the door after we went out.
"It's a nice place that you have here, Ms. Y/n." Chaewon spoke.
"Thanks. But you can just call me Y/n." I replied.
She nodded her head and smiled with a little tint of red on her cheeks.
"So... since we found an artist, when are you going to open the business?" Yujin asked.
"I think she should answer that. Are you ready to start, Chaewon?" I asked, turning to face her.
She looked around us for a few seconds, sighing and clasping her hands together for warmth.
"I'll start working as soon as I can."
A week has gone by, and I can say that I've got the perfect artist. I stood in front of her paintings while listening to her songs. I have never heard a voice like hers.
"We've uploaded promotional posters on your accounts and posted flyers around the city." Yujin stated as she stood beside me.
I removed one of my earphones and nodded at her statement.
"How about our artist? Where is she--"
"I'm here." We both turned to the door and saw Chaewon walking in.
It was officially her first day at work, so I wasn't surprised to see her all dressed up nicely.
"You're early." I greeted with a smile.
"Of course." she returned the smile and went to stand beside me while Yujin went somewhere.
"Your songs are good too. You have a very distinct voice." I expressed.
"Thanks. I try my best." she giggled.
I offered her the other piece of my earphones, which she took. We both silently looked at the paintings hung on the wall as we listened to the songs she made.
"Good morning!" until a cheery voice came.
"Leeseo, you're here!" I exclaimed.
"Duh, it's a very important day for you. How can I not come?" she said before hugging me tightly.
"Oh, and don't worry. For the opening of your shop, I invited all of the people I know." she added, pulling away and moving her arms cutely.
"Thanks. You're doing me a really big favor." I replied.
