Third pov

(Y/n) was peacefully training, after all she didn't want to be as weak as her older brother, Yamcha. As she was concentrating on her breathing and movements, she didn't seem to notice her brother, who was behind her. (Y/n) jolted when she felt a hand on her shoulder, with panic, she punched the person, who touched her shoulder, directly in the face.

"Ow!", she heard her brother cry out as he fell to the ground. "OH GOD! Yamcha I'm so sorry!!", (y/n) immediately went to her brother's aid. Yamcha was rubbing his nose from the pain. "It's okay, I shouldn't have startled you", he mumbled. (Y/n) looked at him confused, "I thought you'd be back in the evening?", she asked confused. Yamcha made a face like he realised something, he stood up and helped his sister.

"I wanted to introduce you to some of my friends!", he excitedly told (y/n). (Y/n) smiled and hugged her brother, "I'm so proud of you! You finally have friends!", she almost yelled. Yamcha got a thick mark and his eye twitched. "Anyway, let's go, they're waiting for us", he finally said and took the hand of (y/n). They went from the garden back into the house and out the front door.

As they got outside, (y/n) stopped and looked at the people, there was someone with green skin, a small male, a male with spiky hair and a handsome male. (Y/nl starred at the male who was looking mad. "Earth to (y/n)?", she suddenly got out of her fantasy and looked at her brother. "Yes?", Yamcha sighed and looked at the group. "This is my younger sister (y/n), treat her nicely ", he introduced her. Everyone except the handsome greeted her.

Yamcha pointed at the green man,"This is Piccolo",then he pointed to the smaller male,"this is Krillin",then he pointed to the male with a smile,"this is Goku and lastly ", he pointed to the male that (y/n) was glancing at from time to time,"is Vegeta...he is pretty much an asshole", Yamcha whispered the last part to his sister. "She punched him lightly in the chest. "Well nice to meet you all!", (y/n) greeted them back.

Some greeted her back with enthusiasm, some more calmly and others just tsk. "Sooooo....Why did you want me to meet your friends?", (y/n) asked a little confused. Yamcha just awkwardly laughed and rybbed the back of his neck. "Well, you're mostly alone or with your two best friends, so I thought to introduce you to more people ", he explained, (Y/n) just shook her head. "Anyway, I bet you guys have somewhere to be. Can I come with you?", Yamcha was about to decline but Goku was a little faster,"Of course you can! The more people the better!!", he was excited. Yamcha was about to protest but (y/n) was looking at her brother with puppy dog eyes. Yamcha tried to resist but gave up. So that's how (y/n) became friends with them, minus Vegeta, well she liked him anyway.

Big time skip

They were attacked by enemies, the enemies were strong, well stronger than Yamcha and (y/n) that is. Both are weak and are panting pretty heavily, already exhausted. Everyone else was fighting the enemies with ease. 'God! I wish I was stronger!', (y/n) screamed in her head. She was injured, her shoulder was broken and she had bruises everywhere. She was to busy being in her thoughts that she didn't notice one of the enemies behind her. "(Y/N)!! BEHIND YOU!!", Yamcha screamed in panic. (Y/n) turned around, just as she was about to get hit on her chest, someone killed the enemy.

The person was...Vegeta!?! "Tsk weak human", was all he said and continued to beat up the other enemies. (Y/n) was sitting on the ground in aww, she found him attractive, but now she likes him. Yamcha ran to her and made sure that nothing happens to (y/n).

After that day she often begged Vegeta to train her. He often rudely declined (y/n). But she didn't give up and continued to pester him. Until he finally gave up, so she would finally shut up. The feelings for the saiyen grew bigger, which made (y/n) wanna spend time with Vegeta.

"Seriously (y/n)! Why are you training with that ass?", Yamcha asked his sister with a confused expression. (Y/n) looked at him, she really didn't want him to know. "Because he is stronger than you", she said trying to get on his nerves. Yamcha got angry and was chasing her around the backyard. "GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE!", he screamed, all (y/n) did was laugh while giving him the middle finger.

Later that day she went to Vegeta to train, Vegeta already had a bad day and (y/n) was making it worse. After he showed her countless times how to do it, (y/n) still couldn't do a Kii blast. With his patience, you know what's gonna happen. "YOU WEAK USELESS HUMAN!! CAN'T YOU DO ANYTHING RIGHT!? YOU'RE SO ANNOYING! DO NOT EXPECT TO TRAIN WOTH ME ANYMORE AND JUST LEAVE!", he screamed and then flew away. Leaving a heartbroken and hurt (y/n) back.

She ean home into her room, Yamcha wasn't home luckily. (Y/n) went to the bathroom and looked at the mirror, only to find herself in a mess. Eyes red, cheeks still running with water and hair all messy. She soon cried into her hands. But then she felt an itch at her throat. She coughed and coughed, her head was spinning and she fell to her knees.

(Y/n) was horrified when she looked at her hands, bloods and petals of marigolds. She sat there for a long time, processing what is happening. 'Nonononononono NO!!!', she screamed in her head and then she let out a choked scream out. Alerting her brother who just came back home. (Y/n) was sobbing and shaking while looking at ger hands. "(Y/N)!", she looked to her brother who was standing in horror at the door of the bathroom.

Then it turned to anger,"Who?", he asked while glaring at (y/n). She shook her head no and just higged her body. Yamcha immediately kneeled down beside her and rapped his arms around her in confort.

(Y/n) knew that Vegeta would never like her, so she just said to her Yamcha that ot was someone from work. She had to lie or her brother would do stupid shit. Yamcha often told her to get surgery. (Y/n) at first declined, until it got to the point of coughing up whole flowers. She finally agreed to the surgery.

Yamcha was sitting at the waiting area with anxiety, he bounced his leg up and down repeatedly. He was scared, nervous and guilt. Scared because his sister might die, nervous because something could go wrond and guilt because he feels like he should've done something.

When the doctor came to him, he stood up fast and looked at the doctor with hope. "Well, your sister got through the surgery ", Yamcha felt relief but the face of the doctor made his heart race,"but she lost every memory of the person she loved and every memory with more people has them blurred and not recognisable", Yamcha was shocked. (Y/n), his little sister, the one he swore to protect, lost her memory of the one she loved.

He felt happy actually, that way his sister won't feel guilt at all and would be gappy again. "Thank you doctor", the doctor nodded and went back to work.

Yamcha visited his sister often, everyone else too, minus Vegeta. When (y/n) got back home, Yamcha invited everyone to celebrate that (y/n) is healthy and home again. (Y/n) greeted everyone with happiness, surprisingly even Vegeta showed up, but when she went to him, everyone was shocked at what she said, even Vegeta. (Y/n) innocently asked not knowing that he was the cause of her pain.

"Hello there, but who are you?"
