The Anti Villa is situated in the most remote location among the mountain ranges of the Himalayas. The whole property is a spread of 500 acres, which is equivalent to a town in the modern world. But, this property is not one which can be accessed by road very easily.
Mr. Kareja designed the property in such a way that only ski lifts and airways, which are provided by the Kareja's, can access the location. Being such a powerful and influential person, he managed to make his property one of the safest places on planet Earth.
The property is divided into segments which not only makes the family a self-sustainable one but also one of the most enjoyable families in the world. The whole property is divided in such a way:
The mansion is situated in the valley between the curves of the two high Himalayan peaks, giving it protection from the weather as well as privacy from the curious world.
The mansion is surrounded by carefully maintained masterpieces of gardening, giving it a look to behold its beauty.
As the mansion is situated on the left of the property, the other side is properly segmented to provide the family with every commodity and service required for the rest of their lives. This segmentation was:
Near the top, is the farmland. Here, each type of crop, vegetable, spice, and fruit is grown. On one end, it has a research lab for developing alternatives for the production of crops.
Below this, is the animal husbandry. Here, each type of animal is bred, grown, and used for either product or pleasure like horse riding.
Below this, we have the world's best garage shop, capable of repairing as well as manufacturing every type of automobile and machinery.
Besides this, we have parking lots for various imported and custom cars that one can wish for. There is a custom helipad for helicopters to land and later park in underground parking.
There are living quarters with all the amenities and networking so that the staff doesn't need to interact with the outer world so often.
The main ideology of building, such a large and elaborate property was to nurture the upcoming bloodline, with all the principles and values which not only promote the values of the family but also make them an improved version of their previous generations. This way Mr. Kareja, not only made his family safe but also one of the most well-renowned families in the world.
