Chapter 9

(Not really) WARNING: Sharon Carter hate... I mean, hear me out, I admire her as an agent, She's strong and powerful and I love that about her but her and Steve is just no no FOR ME so I had to use her in this story because what's a story without problems right? pffft - A/N

Chapter 9

You woke up around 4 AM with Nat, Bucky and Clint getting up to prepare for their mission. The other's still asleep except for Steve who will brief them again about the mission before they go.

Once the three noticed you're awake they hugged you and kissed you on the forehead saying goodbye.

After around 30 minutes, You decided that you couldn't sleep anymore after they left for briefing so you asked J.A.R.V.I.S. where to meet them and he gave you access to the top floor where the quinjet and then you waited for them.

After they arrived with Steve they were surprised to find you standing there and waiting for them.

You hugged them again mumbling a,

“Please be safe and come back.”

which give the three of them a huge motivation to finish this mission as cleanly and as fastly as possible.

You waved goodbye at them while the quinjet flew off leaning back to Steve as he hugged you from behind.

It's been around 5AM when the three flew off then Steve asked you to go back to sleep but you said that you couldn't sleep so he asked you to join him on his morning run which made you immediately shake your head no.

“Absolutely not.” You said shaking your head.

He signed as he think of something, He didn't want to leave you here awake because it'll definitely take Three or Four more hours before the other mates wake up. Then he suddenly remembered,

“Yeah, that's it!” He said as he turns to you and you looked at him confused.

“Tony had this young intern kid names Peter Parker, He usually leave an extra bike here for when he had to go home immediately, because last time that he have to go home immediately he got stuck on traffic with Tony's fancy car.” He explained.

“I'm pretty sure he wouldn't mind if you use it. So, join me for a morning run with bike?” He asked again hugging you.

You're not really in the mood for physical activities but you agreed on the bike anyways.

Steve then prepared cereal for a light breakfast before running while you went to your individual room to put on some comfy and proper dress (Which is a simple black shirt with some jogging pants and sneakers.) grabbing your laptop on the way to check your emails.

While eating breakfast with Steve, you checked your email and noticed that one of the companies you applied on emailed you last night asking you if you could make it around 2 PM today for an interview.

You quickly replied back scolding yourself for forgetting such important thing.

After the cereal, you and Steve went to the central park with him running and you on a bike.

Both of you talked while you're trying to keep up on his speed in the bike. He talked about his time before he was frozen while you told him a bit of your childhood.

After biking for 2 hours you both decided to grab a breakfast at the McDonald's nearby, You both ordered pancakes and burger with some coffee. You tried to order a soda and fries but Steve gave you a death glare so you changed it to water and chicken nuggets. Both of you also ordered breakfast for your five other soulmates. Steve then pay with a black card with STARK written on it.
