"Tangina naman!"

It was the first time that her staff heard Leni curse out loud. The president tried to call the senator yet she wasn't answering, she also tried texting her but no response. Even Risa's very own secretary doesn't know where she is.

This made Leni frustrated and confused as to what made Risa walk away just like that — no explanations, no whatsoever.

Yes, contrary to what Risa thinks, Leni saw how Risa was about to enter the shop but suddenly turned her back and started walking away.

(Flashback)

"Risa!"

Leni called out, chasing after the senator. It was very unethical of her to leave Michelle abruptly but Risa was her priority.

"Risa, wait!"

This was the first time Leni wished Risa didn't have long legs, it was so hard for her to catch up to the younger woman's long strides. Risa immediately hopped into her van while Allan looked at the senator with a confused look before going to the driver side of the vehicle.

"Allan, teka! Stop the car!"

Leni broke into a run when she saw the van moving. She wasn't fast but she tried her best to catch up. "Risa, wait! Stop the van, please!"

"Risa, please! Let's talk!"

The van was slowing down a bit and she knew that Allan was hesitating. "Please, stop the car!" Leni called out.

But it didn't stop. It suddenly accelerated so fast that Leni lost sight of it and she was left alone in the middle of the road.

"Madam, kumalma po muna kayo." Rona tried to pacify her but it seemed to agitate the older woman even more. "Madam—"

"Hindi ba sinabi sa inyo ni Risa kung saan sya pupunta?" Leni asks the PSG but they all shook their heads. "Fuck!"

It was not new to them that the president addresses the senator by her first name and not by her current title. They were part of her former VPSG line up after all and they clearly knew how close the two were to  allow each other to be addressed as such.

"Madam, huminahon po muna kayo." Rona tried again. "Uminom po muna kaya kayo ng water?"

"No need." Leni waves, signaling the woman that she was fine.

Rona and the PSG looked at Leni with pity, but that was the last thing Leni needed. "Let's go back. May trabaho pa ako." Leni says, voice cold. The PSG looked at Rona nervously, the secretary mirrored the same look.

Guess the Robredo siblings were right; Leni is indeed scary when she's angry.

Risa slammed the door shut as soon as she got home, startling Pia who was currently sitting on the couch, watching some morning talk show.

"Aga mo ata?"

"I'm not in the mood to talk." Risa replies, heading straight to the stairs. Pia frowns. That was strange.

But the news anchor shrugs. Risa was moody and it was probably one of her usual moments. But oh boy, she was wrong.

Her phone rings, Pia looks at the caller ID and sees Risa's secretary calling her.

"Hello?"

"Miss Pia, good morning! I am deeply sorry to call you this morning."

"Ah, wala iyon. Is there something wrong?"
