Act Seven - Harder to Have Heard
The wind howled to the left breezing passed the face of Hanaki, she jolted up at the weird burning smell of wax. She looked around and found herself on top of tree, she looked down and caught sight of an Old Man sleeping underneath the tree. She hopped down to him.
Hanaki | - You okay?! Sir!
She shaked the man, lightly waking him from slumber.
Old Man | - Eh? Water...
She nodded and tucked the man on her back then jolted to find any sign of liquid. About ten minutes passed before she found a small pond, she lowered the man and cupped water in her palms.
Hanaki | - Here you go.
The Old Man looked at how dirty the pond was and slapped the water away, he jumped up stepping away.
Old Man | - Eh?? You trying to kill me? Eh? I drink good water, not poison!
Hanaki's eye brow twitched.
Hanaki | - Your awake?! I carried you here for no reason?!
Old Man | - Seems so. Anyway, what's your name young lady.
Hanaki | - I don't know you, I'm not g-
Mieya | - Old Man!
Mieya ran to the two with a wave.
Jugo | - You know him?
Mieya | - Yeah! His the guy Y/n said he was looking for.
Hanaki | - Really? You know Y/n?
Old Man | - Eh. eh. Seems like that boy has been going around gathering a team of girls. Eh. That's my boy. Too bad his been captured...
Hanaki | - Y- what? What do you mean his been captured?
The Old Man pulled out a fabric of
Y/n's green shirt that had wax and blood stain on.
Old Man | - This is his favorite shirt, unless he was crazy he would never cut it up.
Hanaki | - Oh no...
Mieya | - What about Takahashi? Where is he?
Old Man | - How does he look?
Mieya | - He weirdly wears a dark blue suit w-
Old Man | - Did you say suit?
Mieya | - Y- yeah why?
The old mans brain flashes back to the people that were accompanying ..., a female and a male they both wore dark blue suits. He sighed.
Old Man | - Your friend Takahashi is the one that captured Y/n.
Mieya | - What?!
Hanaki | - Takahashi would never do such a thing, his a nice person! And why would he capture Y/n, your story makes no sense.
Harui | - Kaze... I to-
Mieya | - Dad!
Mieya ran forward and tackled her father into a hug.
Harui | - You found her! And more kids.
Where is Y/n?
Old Man | - That's the idea. Y/n has been captured, we need to get him back quick!
