Chapter 4: First Mission

It was finally that time of the week, it was finally that day, Team Eight was getting their first mission, the team was lucky enough to have gotten a C rank mission than the normal baby stuff, the reason for this decision was because the team was the first to finish their training and their excellent way of catching onto chakra control granted them this pass.

Y/n: First mission ever!

Y/n stared at his headband with a grin.

Y/n: I'm gonna do my best, and I can count on that!

He tied it around his forehead now with a determined smirk.

{HOKAGES OFFICE - Morning

Y/n: I am here!

Y/n pushed open the door and as it opened, everyone turned to him with his fist pointed up and a determined smile, a smile that disappeared when he realized that there were random people in the office.

Y/n: What's going on?

Kurenai: Our mission.

Shino: ... It hasn't been said yet... But I think it involves these people...

Y/n: You don't say...

Hiruzen: I'm happy your all here, I have heard good things about your progress and I have to say I'm impressed.

Y/n: Who wouldn't be.

Hinata:....

Hiruzen: Of course, of course, anyway because you guys were so impressive, I gifted you with a rank up mission, C rank not D. Your mission will be simple return these villagers back to their village.

Shino: ....why do they need protection?

Y/n: What are they scared of?

Hiruzen: They've told me the entire story, they came here to visit a relative but on their way here they kept on being attacked now and there by wild animals but luckily they survived, so they need our help to escort them back safely without the inference of animals.

Kurenai: Body guards, that's fun right guys?

Shino: Simple enough.

Hinata: Yes.

Kurenai: Y/n?

Y/n: .... Fine, I guess these people need a strong ninja like me to guard them.

Kurenai: There we go.

Y/n walked over to a little boy. The boy had messed up dark hair with blue eyes, he wore a blue onesy with a bomber jacket, for footwear your normal ninja ones.

Y/n: You want me to help you against these monsters and give peac-

The boy gripped his fist and immediately pushed forward and punched Y/n in the nuts, coursing the red haired genin to collapse to his knees holding his private part.

Kaissue: There is no such thing as justice. You so called Shinobi should just leave, it's not like any of you know what justice means anyway.

The boy walked toward the door and stood there for a moment before speaking.

Kaissue: Every Shinobi is pathetic!

He slammed the door as he left. The boy's mother sighed disappointed and ran after him.

Hiruzen: This won't be such an easy mission, well either way I hope you four do well in your mission!

Kurenai: Noted we will report back when the mission becomes a success.

Hiruzen: Noted.

LEAF VILLAGE ENTRANCE/EXIT
MORNING

The villagers were packed, they had everything including their luggage and food with baskets to hold everything.

Y/n in his most angered state was marching over to the Villagers still mad about the attack from the kid.

Y/n: I'm gonna kill that kid!

Kurenai: Y/n let it go his just a boy.

Y/n: I'm also a boy, and you don't see me punching people in the nuts for no reason.

Shino:....really?

Y/n: Fine I did.

Y/n looked to the side.

Y/n: But when I did I had a reason. Also that kid disrespected Shinobi

Y/n started searching with his eyes and when they arrived closer he finally caught sight of the boy. The boy was talking with his mother and he seemed upset.

Kaissue: Hell no!

Kaissue mother: Apologize now!

Kaissue: You can go kill yourself, like hell I'm doing that!

The boy's mother gave him a death glare and he calmed down, the boy looked at the village entrance/exit and walked towards it leaving his mother to follow with the villagers. Y/n looked at the boy as he went and shaked his head either in sympathy or disappointment.

Hinata: We follow?

Y/n: Welp! Seems so.
