Tsuyoshi's quirk is called Locked on. His quirk gives him the ability to snipe his targets from afar, he has perfect eye sight and if he over uses his quirk (which he rarely does) he only gets a slight headache and sore eyes. He can weld any ranged weapon.

(Y/n POV)
I've been training Tsuyoshi for about two years or so and he has made quite an improvement! Before he didn't quite know how to control it because his parents didn't want him to get too interested in anything bad like being a villain or something like that, but they were supportive parents, they didn't mind when Tsuyoshi introduced me to them and told them i would take him under my wing and train and guide him on his journey to becoming a hero.
They expressed their gratitude and utmost respect to me for teaching their son and of course they knew who i was because i am ranked in the hero rankings as number fourteen, and because their son would never stop talking about me whenever he had the chance to.
It was cute of him but i appreciated that part about him he was soo passionate about me and his goal. He is devoted and doesn't give up, he is stubborn but thats how he pushes through with all the training i gave and when i made it harder he struggled a little, but he did it.
He was so proud of himself and i was to. He had made great progress.
I was wearing my hero costume out today. I am currently on a walk with Tsuyoshi, he wanted to come along with me to where i wanted to go today, the school had let us rest for a while because i had a training session with Tsuyoshi a few days ago he had gotten injured thanks to me and so did i.
(Earlier a few days ago)
Tsuyoshi had one of my guns, i had taught him how to use it a few months ago and i was telling him to activate his quirk. He aimed for the dummy which was thirty-five yards (32 meters) away and he hit the head dead center, we tried to go further away but his sight can only reach about another four meters with a slight strain.
After that we were supposed to spar for about 30 minutes but as we got closer to the time limit he sprained his ankle and i had a bad headache and i was slowly becoming too alert. So when he had jumped towards me he sprained his ankle and he fell on me and i punched him a little harder then what i would've liked, causing him to fall and hit his ankle and that made it much worse. So of course afterwards we went to the infirmary and he had his ankle wrapped up and i was given some medicine for my skull splitting headache that just worsened when we got to the infirmary.
And thats how we got permission to leave for a couple days or so.
(Back to the present)
We were walking towards the beach park and discussing about more training or to lessen it just a little.
As we got to the park, i saw how clean it was, it used to be a dump but now it looks like how it used to be before there was any junk at all and better even. We walked onto the beach, it was gorgeous. "Wow.. whoever did this did a great job" i said smiling i never thought I'd ever see this place like this again.
"Amazing" Tsuyoshi said in awe.
"Truly amazing indeed" we heard a voice come from behind us, we turned around to be greeted by the owner of the voice.
