tumse bhi zyada

It's a new morning and Lakshmi's haldi day. Mehndi night

Last night was terrible for rishmi.

Rishi thought that Lakshmi refused his love as siddharth was a bit more rich than him but still a part of him was not agreeing that. He called his p.a and asked him to get all the information he could get about siddharth singhania.
Whereas Lakshmi on the other side was broken she wished that these last 2 months of her life were the best ones but she didn't have the time to think about herself even at this situation. She was getting ready but she felt a bit weak today maybe because she had not eaten anything since yesterday. Shalu helped her to get ready and they reached the venue. Sid sent his driver to pick them .
Siddharth was waiting for them

Sid: Lakshmi I hope you are fine today
Last night u were so lost....

Lakshmi: umm ya I am trying to be fine .

Sid: if u say we can postpone this function.

Lakshmi: I will manage afterall neither singhania uncle nor me are left with much time and i don't want to anyone else to know this so....

Sid: but u are important. Your health matters.

Lakshmi: siddharth please stop treating me well as if I am your actual wife coz both of us know our relationship is just an agreement and we both are fulfilling responsibilities.

Sid nodded : let's go then .

The oberois arrived there and dadi hugged Lakshmi: kitti pyaari lag rahi hai tu.

Lakshmi: thanks dadi.
Dadi has always been the only one around whom Lakshmi felt calm and safe.

Sid touched dadi's feet.
Dadi: oye sun khayal rakhio meri Lakshmi ka warna tune mera gussa nahi dekha abhi.

Sid: dadi ap pareshan mat ho me bohot khayal rakhunga iska.

Rishi entered: haa dadi humse bhi zyada khayal rkhega infact rakh raha hai aap hi dekhiye isko humare saath rehti thi toh khush ho ya dukhi humesha roti rehti thi par Sid ke sath sirf hasti hai.

Rishi was unaware that her smile was fake .she had been faking all of it. Her emotions were locked and were only freed when she was alone .

The haldi function started. Sid looked at Lakshmi she looked a bit low it felt like she is pushing herself to smile and make sure that she looks happy.

Sid called a waiter and instructed him to do something. The waiter went and he came back with a puppy.

Lakshmi: aww so cute ye puppy kiska hai?

Sid: yaha niche ek petshop hai waha se agya hoga.

Lakshmi finally smiled and played with the puppy like a child. Sid saw her from a distance and his heartbeats increased he was in love. He realized how precious Lakshmi was for him and he admired her through a song.

And rishi was also admiring her even thou he was angry on her he thought she was a gold digger and if u see this song u can frame the situation that happened.

The mehndi function ended and Lakshmi went up to change her dress and someone pulled her to a corner room. Rishi off course.

Lakshmi: tum?

Rishi: kyu ab milna bhi nahi chahti mujhse. And he came closer to her.

Lakshmi: ky... kya kar rahe ho tum dur raho ye galat hai meri shaadi ho rahi hai.

Rishi steeped back: are band karo ye drama ye sati savitri ye loyalty ka.. Jab tumne mujhe bataya tha ki tum siddharth se shaadi kar rahi ho toh mujhe laga shyd woh mujhse zyada caring hai mujhse zyada pyaar karega mujhse zyada trust hoga tumhe uspe par meri jaan tum toh alag hi reason se shaadi kar rahi ho .

Lakshmi could not decide whether to be worried or to be happy as rishi called her his jaan..
Lakshmi: kya kya... Keh raho hai Konsa reason sab jhoothi baate hain.. She thought he knew the truth.

Rishi: accha tumhe kaise pata sab jhooth hai. Kyuki sab sach hi hai. Tum usse paison ke liye shaadi kar rahi ho me tumhe aisa nahi samjhta tha par kal mene woh 1lakh wali bate sunli thi.
Lakshmi was again confused coz she didn't knew that she should be happy that rishi didn't knew the truth  or be sad as he misunderstood her.

Lakshmi: Is hi wajah se me Sid se shaadi kar rahin ho kyuki use apne paison ka ghamand nahi woh tumhari tarah mujhe ye nahi yaad dilata hai ki uski aur meri financial status me difference hai woh mujhe kabhi gold digger nahi samjhta aur haa liye mene usse paise par usne apni marzi se diye aur mere aur mere fiance ke beech ki baate tumhe  kyu batao me. Aur sirf paise hi nahi siddharth dil se bhi ameer hai woh meri genuinely care karta hai tumhari tarah nahi ki me uski jaan bachane ki cheez hu woh care karta meri hai mujhpe taras kha ke nahi aur sabse badi baat woh mujhe bewakoof nahi bana raha tumhaari tarah jaise tumne malishka ke saath mujhe banaya aur usne mera dil nahi toda tumhaari tarah. Tumne. Meri care ki par woh jhoothi thi sirf isliye kyuki me tumhe bachane wali thi. Par meri care karne me meri har cheez ka khayal Sid isliye nahi rakhta ki me use return me kuch de sakun.  Agar paise hi important hote toh alimony nahi chod deti me.Aur aaj ye paison ki baat karke tum meri nazro se aur bhi zyada gir gaye thanks again for spoiling my special day.

And she left with tears.
Rishi was shocked and he felt so stupid on his thought. He was drunk so he said anything he felt like but Lakshmi's words brought him back to his consciousness.
Rishi sat on the floor and he cried: mene fir tumhe khud se dur kardiya me sach me deserve hi nahi karta tumhe shayad woh siddharth hi hai perfect tumhare liye.. Par mera dil toh nahi manega na.. Me kaise maan lu ki tum mere alawa khush raho gi kisi aur ke saath. Mera sukoon ho tum tum nahi toh me barbaad ho jaunga.

Ayush came on the door: rishi bhai aap andar ho kya woh hume ghar jana hoga woh mehndi ka function shaam ki hai na dress change karni hogi aap ajao hum neeche parking me wait kar rahe hain.

Rishi: thik hai ayush.

Here Lakshmi cried in her room.

Sid came with two rasmalais. He kept them on the table.
Sid: are tum phir se ro rahi ho meri shakal itni buri hai ki mujhse shaadi regret karte karte karogi.?

Lakshmi wipes her tears: nahi woh meri tabiyat thik nahi hai i don't feel too well.

Sid: toh rone se thik ho jati hai kya mujhe nahi pata tha me bewakoof tha sochta tha ki doc ki di hui medicines khata tha ab cold  ya fever hua toh 2 time ro lunga subah aur shaam okay.

Lakshmi: smiles rone se thodi thik hoga cold ya fever woh aur zyada kharab hojayega.

Sid: toh tum mat roya karo plz dekho i know tumhe lagta hoga me yeh sab fake concern dikhata huu kyuki tum dad ke liye ye sab kar rahi ho par me sach me care karta ho itna bhi bura nahi ho me jitna sabko lagta hai.

Lakshmi: I am really sorry Sid mene bahar jo bhi kaha tha. Aap acche insaan ho.

Sid: I know par itna accha nahi hu ki apni favorite sweet dish tumhare saath share karu toh plz mujhse mat kehna and he started eating it like a child.

Lakshmi smiled.

Sid: ab dekhti rahogi ya khaogi bhi meri pehle khatam hogai toh tumhari plate se bhi khane me mujhe koi issue nahi hoga.

Lakshmi picked up the plate: nahi me bhi apni favorite sweet dish apni sisters ke alawa kisi se share nahi karti..
