It's been 3 months and we see the Oberoi mansion is getting decorated for rishi's birthday.
Rishi gets ready to leave for somewhere.
Neelam: rishi shaam ko jaldi ayega na beta.

Rishi drove his car and received a call. It was Sid.

Rishi: ekdam first class usse milne hi ja raha huu. I wish aaj woh haan karde aur accept karle mujhe.

Sid cuts the call and remembers the day he was returning to USA he noticed a familiar face and it's was none other than sashaa she survived the cruise and thought Sid died..so never tried to contact him. Sashaa was always there for Sid and Mr. Singhania had finally accepted sashaa as his daughter in law and they lived happily.
Rishi enters a room.
He holds lakshmi's hand.
Rishi: so mrs. Oberoi kya socha apne aaj bhi mujhe pareshan karengi aap ya mera birthday gift dogi aaj hi.
Nurse: sir aap dekhna ek din ma'am zarur thik hongi fir me saari baate bataongi ki kaise ek mahine tak aap yaha se hile bhi nahi ma'am ke sath hi rahe uske baad apko jana pada par aap aaj bhi apni saari chuttiyan yaha ma'am ke saath hospital me bitate ho. Office ke alawa yaha bhi roz aate ho ma'am ke paas.
Rishi: batane ki koi zarurat nhi woh meri saari baate sunti hai bas mujhe pareshan kar rahi hai shayad abhi bhi thodi naraz hai . Par aaj mera birthday hai aur me tumhe saath leke jaonga please uth jao ab Kitne din aise .......
Nurse: sir me ek baat bolu bura mat manna apne woh snow White ki story dekhi hai kya. ?
Rishi: kya matlab?
Nurse : are meri beti ko kal hi sunaya mene. Tab mene socha aapko bolu ki aap bhi try karo.
Rishi: aap saaf saaf kyu nahi kehti hain.
Nurse: a true love's kiss. And she ran away .
Rishi was blushing. Although lakshmi was sick and was bedridden since these 3 months but just like snow White her beauty was still eternal. Rishi looked at lakshmi.
Rishi: dekha yehh nurse kya bolke gayi ab tum bolo me kya karu and
he held her hand and looked at the heartbeat monitor lakshmi's heartbeats increased.
Rishi smiles. Lakshmi's heartbeats increased whenever she was happy or agreed for something. Her heartbeats were the only source of conversation between rishmi. And he kissed her forhead.
Rishi: toh tum bolo mrs. oberoi tum theek ho na . Apne se uthogi ki nurse ka idea try karo me he smirked and joked.
