Today was exhausting, well atleast i became the Queen of the hunting competition also i finally mastered magic this can be useful in the near future.
After time passed I finally then took a hot bath and ate dinner.
At Veronica's chambers......
Ahh, its finally time to sleep ive been waiting for this exact moment.
Then suddenly a knocking sound came from the door.
''Yes who is it?'' , I then opened it.
''Blessings to the moon of the empire.''
''Ohhh Felix, what is it?''
"His majesty request your presence in his room.''
Wait its already late, what could he want now?
''Yes, thank you for telling me.''
At the emperor's chambers........
''Thank you for escorting me here Felix even though you're probably exhausted by now.''
''Its not a problem your majesty, i excuse myself now.''

Doors opening...!

''Oh ahh yes.'' , I then closed it.
As I could turn around Claude then unexpectedly hugged me from behind.
I thought wait... is he trembling? Or am i just imagining things.
''Claude what's wrong?'' , I asked.
''You, you shouldn't do something so reckless like that again.''
''But im fin-''
''I was so worried to the point that i couldnt bear it, please i beg you dont do something like that again Veronica.''
I then turned around and grabbed his hand saying, ''Claude thank you for worrying about me but also know that i can protect myself to'', I then hugged him saying. ''and im sorry i made you worried.''
He didn't answer but he hugged my waist tightly.
''Now is that all cause im really sleepy.''
''Stay with me.''
''Huh?''
''Sleep here, please.''
''Fine, fine ill stay.''
Then, finally tboth of them went to bed.
''Goodnight Claude.''
He hugged me tightly to assure that I was by his side and answered, ''goodnight.''
After the time passed morning finally came.
I woke up early, looking at him I was amazed by his looks so I touched the tip of his hair thinking.
He really is handsome is he, both Claude and Diana truly are a beauty couple, i just hate the fact that i couldnt see their baby since i died to early ugh, but still ill see her soon enough i just need to wait.
I said, ''Goodmorning Claude.''
His eyes then fluttered as he awoken and replied, ''goodmorning.''
But as soon as I could come down to the bed Claude immediately hugged me from behind and said, ''please lets stay like this just for a moment.''
''Ok Claude, sure.''
A few minutes later Felix then immediately barged in and opened the door, he was then suprised seeing the emperor hugging the empress and kissing my cheek.
He got flustered and said, "im sorry for interrupting!'' , he then immediately left.
''Wait no its not-''
''Looks like he already left'' , Claude stated while grinning.
''Ok thats enough Claude i know you're enjoying yourself but i need to work now ok, so ill see you later'', I then kissed his cheek.
And he then let go of me, as I left his room he then kept looking at the door feeling lonely and somewhat dissatisfied that I was already gone.
