ANDY BERNOW IS CONFIRMED AS THE FACE OF LEVI'S JEANS 1990 AND ALL WE HAVE TO ASK IS WHAT THE NEW SONG WILL BE. (BETS ON FOR ROCKET QUEEN)
Yes, it is confirmed that Axl Rose's soon to be wife Andy Bernow will continue to be the face of Levi's ad campaign going into 1990. The singer of British rock band, Mind the Gap, who shot to stardom through being the face of the controversial 'I want your sex' Levi's ad last year, which was later banned in nine states.
The singer has been confirmed to have renewed her contract leading into this year and we will most likely be seeing a new ad on TV screens soon when new styles are released.
Controversy has continued to follow Bernow from being punched in a scrap between Guns N Roses and Vince Neil, and then her recent engagement to controversial Guns frontman Axl Rose. We can only wonder if this new venture will continue to do so.
Mind the Gap is currently on an up, with their LA performance at the Coliseum in January as their first US stadium performance being a complete success. Fans seem happy and can't wait for the new untitled album set for release in late October with a reported year long world tour.
We can't wait for Andy's next venture and the ads to follow.

Andy downed the remains of her bottle of water, squeezing the plastic bottle to the last drop. She had spent the better half of an hour wiping sweat off her forehead, smearing around her set foundation over her temples, already running under the bright lights. It was a different colour than the one she usually wore from the department store, much thicker and the tone seemed off.
She had sat in the makeup chair for upwards of two hours, brushing on the cream and then a dense powder over that. It was heavier than what she wore most days and would take more than rubbing with water and soap in the shower.
She didn't know why they bothered with eyeliner and mascara, coat after coat over her black eyelashes and smudged out eyeshadow around her waterline that had already formed a red ring in her eyes. She had huffed at that, thinking of her irritated contact lenses. It looked like it would be a few days of glasses afterwards.
A blindfold had been placed over her eyes anyway, smudging it down and ruining all their work.
They'd brushed blush across her cheekbones but it had long since disappeared into a red flush under the growing heat. The February weather had yet to let up, still with biting winds and the odd shower. It wasn't like home though, Aunt Lucy said that rain had continued into the second month of the year though the temperature hadn't dropped below freezing since early January.
That was good for Antony, when it was icy people were far less inclined to come into the shop. She'd known that well enough, standing in oil stained overalls in too thin gloves as the icy air gnawed at the pink skin of her cuticles. Early mornings filled with dark black skies and low hanging sun, pouring boiling water over his frozen windscreen in hopes it would defrost while she watched her own breath turn white.
Edward had remained sleeping upstairs, knocked out and undisturbed. She'd just hoped he didn't choke on his vomit, that would have been an unnecessary trip to A&E.
The hours had been long but it had felt nice to feel the pound notes between her fingers at the end of the day. The corners had been crumpled and oil spotted across the paper surface but she had held it close to her chest anyway.
