Chapter 10

Hwang Haru's POV:

I wake up from feeling hot breath near my face. I open my eyes slightly and see Taehyun's face, a few inches away from mine. That's when I realize, he was shaking me awake. I push him away a bit to put a distance between us.

"Haru, you need to get ready for school." He said harshly. I scoff and get up. I look around my living room and see several plushies all over the floor, crumbs of chips and popcorn, as well as tissues all on my couch. Kai and Bahiyyih must've cried from the show we were watching.

I walk to my room and get out my school uniform. I got to my bathroom and place it on the toilet. I get into the shower and quickly wash my body and hair. While I was showering, I thought about a prank I should do on Taehyun to get back at him. I'm thinking about cutting up his uniform? I mean, he can just buy a new one.

I realize I have been in the shower for 20 minutes, and rush out to change. I change into my uniform and get out of my room.

I turn the corner to the kitchen and grab an apple from the basket on the counter. I bite into it and go to sit at the table. I sit down and Taehyun looks up at me. I see these silver rim glasses on him.

I drop my apple mid air and he just giggles. that was the first time I've heard him giggle.. It sounds like a squirrel... Omg he's so adorable!

Wait...

Why did I say that?

I mean it's true, he's quite adorable but, why did I say it like that?!

I take a deep breath and pick my apple up. I throw it away and go to sit back down. I check the time then realize, I'm about to be late. We both run outside and run to school. We finally arrive and the hallways go quiet. I see my friends standing in a small circle by my locker. They turn their heads towards the door as soon as the hallways are quiet.

They see me walking with Taehyun and they all smirk except for Beomgyu. I heard whispering coming from them and I could make out a few words.

"OooOoOoo are they...."

"That's kinda sus tho.."

I roll my eyes and walk to my locker.

"Me and Taehyun aren't dating." I said. Just then Beomgyu mumbled,

"Not from what I saw yesterday..." I gave him a confused look and he just stared.

Choi Beomgyu's POV:

"Me and Taehyun aren't dating." She said. I scoff quietly and mumble,

"Not from what I saw yesterday..." She then gave me a very confused look. I just stared at her until she stopped. I thought back to what I saw yesterday.

Flashback

I woke up and felt dizzy so I went to get a glass of water. After I took a sip, I sat back down. I tried to go back to sleep and I started hearing shuffling. Maybe Kai or Haru or someone is awake. I open my eyes slightly and see Taehyun fixing Haru's position and giving her a plushie to put her head on. After that he kissed her cheek and went back to his beanbag to lay down.

For some reason I got really annoyed. I guess it was because I've liked her since middle school and then this random dude who she basically hates is over here trying to steal her. I can't stand the sight of Haru with anyone else... but if she ever does get with someone else, I'll be happy for her.

I grab my phone and check the time.

5:44

 I should head back home.. I get up slowly and quickly head out before anyone notices me.

End of Flashback

I suddenly hear the bell ring, and I snap out of my thoughts. We all started going to our classes. I sat in my seat and the teacher walked in with the most happiest face on ever. I'm guessing she found out Felix is back.. I look at Haru and she gives me a bright smile. I return it back to her and continue watching the teacher.

"Okay everyone! Today, someone very special is back! He took a trip to Australia and just came back yesterday.. Felix, please come in!"

Hwang Haru's POV:

Beomgyu looks at me suddenly and I give him a bright smile. He smiles back then we hear the teacher.

"Okay everyone! Today, someone very special is back! He took a trip to Australia and just came back yesterday.. Felix, please come in!" My face brightened up when I saw him walk through the door. The thought of having Felix back just made me happy. I missed him so much. He bowed and said,

"Hello, I'm glad to be back everyone!" He walked down the isle and sat in the seat next to me and Beomgyu. I see that to seat next to me and Yeji, which is where Taehyun sits, is empty. It was really odd, cause he's always in class on time. I brushed it off and watched the teachers boring lesson.

The class is finally over and Taehyun never came in. It's not like him to skip class like that so I go over to one of his close friends, Choi Yeonjun. I tapped him on the shoulder and he turned around.

"Yes?" He asked. I started fidgeting with my fingers and asked,

"Do you know where Taehyun is?.. He never came to class." Yeonjun's face kind of turned confused, then went back to normal.

"Ohh... Yeahhhhhh.... He had to go home early... because... he was... sick... yeah." He said, weirdly. I nodded slowly and walked out of the class. I was walking out, when suddenly I got tripped... again. I quickly got up and yelled,

"Will you stop tripping me!?" I look up and realize it's Taehyun. Of course it's Taehyun. He can't go a day without tripping me.

"Oops. Sorry." He said, while walking away and rolling his eyes. I scoffed and punched his back. He just continued walking and I heard a few coughs come out of his mouth. I gritted my teeth in anger. That's it..

I walk out of school to go home early. I contact all my friends and my sister telling them that and quickly run home and to NOT tell Taehyun where I am. I bust open the door and start planning my prank.

I finish planning out my prank when I hear the door knob rattling. I ran into my room and hid. I smirked and started fake crying loudly. Soon enough, I heard my door knob rattling a lot. The door finally opened and I put my leg out. He trips on it and he quickly stands up in confusion.

"Now you know how it feels to worry about someone, but they're actually okay and they lied about it all!! On top of that they trip you and act like a little brat afterwards!" I yell. I slap him across the face and he slowly walks out of my room.

Kang Taehyun's POV:

I entered the house, already worried about Haru. She wasn't in school for the rest of the day. None of her friends knew where she was or her sister. As soon as I entered the house, I hear loud crying. I start walking to my room and the cries get louder. I realize they're coming from Haru's room. I open the door and walk inside, only to get tripped.

I stand up in confusion, then I see Haru with an angry face. Suddenly she yells out,

"Now you know how it feels to worry about someone, but they're actually okay and they lied about it all!! On top of that they trip you and act like a little brat afterwards!" She slaps me across the face and I just slowly walk out. Did I go too far..? I mean, it was just a prank. She shouldn't have gotten so angry.. I enter my room and sigh loudly.

I change into my pj's and lay down on my bed. I feel really bad.. This thought keeps tracing my mind. I don't know if I'll get sleep tonight.

Hi everyone. This chapter is kind of dramatic? It was kind of a filler chapter cause I didn't know what to do, plus I needed to show Beomgyu's true feelings about Haru. I hoped you liked it. Bye! <3
