A conversation with Nhil

Cleaned up and wearing new clothes, Yn stepped into his and Luz' room, where his brunette friend already sat on her sleeping bag with an expectant look.

"Alright Luz. Ready to talk to a dragon?" Yn asked as he plopped  down next to Luz.

She quickly nodded with Sparkling eyes. "Never was more ready!"

Yn drew a spell circle in the air and took off his bracelet before holding out his hand to Luz. "Take my hand."

Luz looked at him for a moment and nodded, taking his hand.

With a smile Yn put their hands through the spell circle.

A bright flash of light appeared and swallowed up the two teens.

When they opened their eyes, Yn and Luz found themselves in a seemingly endless temple.

With a smile Yn gestured to their surroundings. "Welcome to whatever this place is" He said with a smile as Luz looked around in awe.

"Woah." She said taking a few careful steps forward, which Made Yn chuckle slightly.

"Don't worry. You can move here without any problems." He looked around and crossed his arms. "Now where is Nhil. It shouldn't be so hard to spot a giant purple Dragon in a place like this..." He mumbled and walked around

Luz followed him smiling when suddenly a huge shadow started to loom over the two.

Confused she turned around to see a huge dragon standing in front of her. She let out a startled scream and quickly grabbed Yns arm.

Confused he turned around and smiled. "Nhil!" He exclaimed happily.

"Hey brat." Nhil deeply said as he laid down to properly face the two teens. "I see you brought the Noceda girl."

"Yes she wanted to meet you." Yn replied, while Luz still tightly grabbed his arm.

"This is Nhil?" She asked, looking at the dragon. "Not what I expected"

"Then what did you expect?" Yn asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I don't know... Something like a cute little familiar. Y'know, like in books or anime." Luz hesitantly answered, smiling nervously.

"Okay, I can see how you think that." Yn muttered. "But now let me formally introduce you two!" He said in an enthusiastic tone as He stepped between the two.

"Nhil, this is Luz Noceda. My best friend since for ever and the reason I landed here on the Boiling Isles." He said, gesturing to Luz. "And Luz. This ist Nhil. The true dragon my bracelet belongs to and my kind-of-teacher." He gestured to the huge purple dragon.

"Hey.." Luz nervously waved while Nhil snorted as a greeting.

"So Kid. Why did you visit me today?" Nhil asked, tilting he head a little to the side.

"Oh yeah. We have to talk." Yn said suddenly a bit more serious.
