Not a Bad Guy

|Third Person POV|

The green hedgehog was stirred awake, his eyes soon opened his sapphire orbs adjusting to the light that was coming from the outside the green hedgehog just groans before sitting up from the bed, he looked at the time.

"Six o'clock am" the hedgehog said, he just groans, it was to early to get up, but the hedgehog knew that since he was awake he was gonna stay awake, the hedgehog just gets out of bed.

"I really need a drink..." the hedgehog said to himself  before standing up from his bed the first thing he was gonna do was at least make himself look presentable before going out of his run down apartment, the only reason why he's here was to escape his own death in Moebius, he really didn't blame the people to want to rebel against his ruling, and now look at him, stuck in a run down apartment, well it wasn't run down it more liked trashed only because the hedgehog didn't really care to pick his things.

|Sonic's POV|

Things had been rather peaceful lately, after defeating Eggman the Mobius as never so peaceful and I can finally relax, but I still miss those days having to stop Eggman, fight off his robots.

Maybe it's just the excitement, or the thrill of adventure for me that I miss so much. I haven't really been running lately because I had no where to run I've been everywhere in Mobius explored everyplace seen what I could see.

"Sonic?"

If it's one thing I hate it's to go slow, but now that I don't have a reason what's the point right?

"Sonic?"

I hate those thoughts in my mind, Come on Sonic there is still so many things to do on Mobius you just need to find them.

"SONIC!!"

I jolted when I heard my name being shouted at, looking over I see my best friend, I still can't get over the fact that he's grown up and is now taller than I am, I can't say that I'm a little salty about it. But I looked up at him.

"H-Hey Tails?" I asked him, I guess I was so deep in thought that I hadn't noticed him standing there.

"You've been in your room for almost all day and I started to get worried?" My Buddy tells me.

I didn't really like seeing him with that concerned look on his face, I guess I have been spending a lot of time in my room I really didn't feel the need to go out. He's always used to me leaving early in the mornings for a run and not coming until much later.

I let out a sigh and looked away from my best friend, I guess even he could see how disappointed I've been lately even if I tried my best to hide it something that I picked up from hanging out with Shadow a lot.

"Sonic?"

My green eyes was met with blue ones looking down at me.

"Look Sonic, I get it but staying inside isn't really helping your case why not go outside and explore somethings" the Fox said with a warm smile on his face.

You know it could hurt to try after all it's been maybe 7 years since Eggman's been quiet so maybe some places had changed over those years, I quickly got out of bed and rush for the door.

"Er...Thanks Tails, I guess I really needed a little motivation"

He just gave me another smile before I bolted out of the door and the workshop, Yeah Tails still had a workshop above the building was an apartment he kind of let me stay with him since I didn't really have a home.

Mobius was something of wonders if you get use to it has a lot of places to see and go, so many people to meet. I really did miss this the wind in my quills as I ran the warmth of the sun, smell of the fresh air.

I skit to a stop as I saw something or rather someone who was familiar to me, a green hedgehog, wearing red sunglasses that is always resting on his head a huge scar over his peach underbelly and a black leather jacket with a flame patch on his sleeves. What was he doing here? and why is here? Were the questions that I was asking myself maybe I would follow him to make sure he wasn't do anything back or rather worth calling those Zone Cops over.

Nodding to myself I set out to follow this green hedgehog everywhere to see what he was up.
