First encounters

'Whoes that exquisite little thing in the green robes?' Sirius questioned

'Snivellus little sister.' Remus told him.

'Snivellus has a sister? Since when?'

'Since forever I suppose.' james added.

'What year is she?'

'Just a year under us, fourth.' peter told him

'And how come i never noticed her before?' Sirius questioned unable to take his eyes off the smiling slytherin.

'Shes quiet. Weird like snivellus from what I understand.' James told him.

'Always has her head in a book.' remus added

'So do you.' sirius informed remus.

'Should we add her to our plans for snivellus this year?' James questioned a wicked grin on his face.

'No.' Sirius said immediately he ran after the girl but she disappeared. He looked around for her raven black hair but didnt see her.

'I have been trying to catch your attention all month!' Sirius exclaimed scaring the girl. She jumped up her book tumbling to the floor at her feet. Sirius quickly picked it up. She just stared at him as he held it out to her. 'Im sirius. Sirius black' he said as she carefully took the book from him.

'I know.' she said softly.

'And you are?' Sirius asked stepping closer.

'Youve been trying to catch my attention all month and you dont know my name?' She questioned a blush to her cheeks.

'I know you intrigue me. More than anyone else I've ever met in my entire existence!' he said dramatically. She laughed clutching her book to her chest she knew she shouldn't be smiling shouldn't be laughing shouldn't have this fluttery feeling in her chest because this was one of the boys that had tormented her brother but she could not help it there was some thing about Sirius Black that made her feel safe.

'I swear it's true from the first moment I saw you-' he informed her taking a step closer she didn't take a step back, she let him get closer. 'I have been wanting you, wanting to get to know you and I just can't get you out of my head. I cannot get you out of my head!' Sirius exclaimed. 'I've tried but it was an impossibly task.' Sirius informed her. 'I've been trying to track you down but you being a younger you are you younger aren't you?'

'Yes.' she said a giggle in her throat, that made Sirius get even closer, noticing the blush to her cheeks.

'I have been trying to track you down but it's very very hard.'

'I spend about 90% of my time in classrooms or in the library.' she told him 'you apparently haven't been looking at any of the right places.'

'Why do you spend all your time with a head and a book?'

'I read like the ink from the book is oxygen and im gasping for breath.' She informed him.

'Wow. Thats deep'. Sirius told her. 'Do you want to be an author?'

'A healer actually I've been having to patch up my brother for the past few years.' she told him stiffly. She had to hate this man Severus hated this man so she had to too.

'Yeah... About that-'

'I'm sorry I really have to go.' she told him heading off

'where?' He called after her chasing after her

'Curfew.' she told him bluntly running off she escaped him on the revolving staircase. But he followed after her still climbing up the walls and tapestries the portraits knocking things over as he went

'Wait! Wait!' he called back to her 'I don't even know your name!' he called. She turned back around a smile on her face as he was dangling off the staircase trying to get down to her. She couldn't help but laugh.

'Savanna.' she called up to him 'savanna Snape.' Before disappearing into the dungeons the common room door closing behind her. She bit her lip sliding to the ground her knees curled up to her chest a big smile on her face that she was trying to conceal.

'Savannah?' Her smile dropped from her face as she looked up to her brother. 'what's wrong?' he questioned his face full of worry as he offered her a hand

'Nothing. Absolutely nothing I'm fine.' she said but she was out of breath her heart still pounding in her chest.

'Are you sure?' He ran his hands over her arms looking her over

'I'm positive Sevy,' she kissed his cheek before running off, 'good night.' she called over her shoulder disappearing into her dorm room.

'You've certainly got a big smile on your face.'

'And you're back before curfew what the library and finally kick you out?'

'She met a boy.'

'Oh my God Narcissa is right you met a boy that's the smile you get when you're in love!'

'I'm not in love.' Savannah told them 'I just wanted to come back I finished my book.'

'You can finish three books in the night and come back at four in the morning get two hours of sleep before you're up and ready again now spill it who was he?'

'Its no one I swear.' Savannah lied but the blush on her cheeks gave her away as she remembered the encounter, her cheeks flooded with color.

'Liar!' they all hollered jumping on her bed 'Tell us tell us tell us who was he?'

'All right all right .'she said giving in 'but you can't tell anyone. Not my brother not anyone.' savanna told them 'you have to promise me you won't tell anyone.'

'I promise.' they echoed around the room
