✿Chapter.30✿

"Alex, you dork when are you going to show me the surprise?" Y/n giggled as he continued to guide her. "Just be patient Hermosa we're almost there! Also hold on tight I'm going to fly us away to get closer alright?" She giggled and nodded as Alex held her bridal style.

It has been a few weeks and since the revival of Wilbur, somethings went for the worse and some for the best. Wilbur helped Alex finish off Las Nevadas, making his project complete. He had even gotten help from her other two brothers to keep her distracted while they finished off the nation.

The country was grand, a beautiful desert Oasis with casinos, fancy restaurants, and skyscrapers. New habitants have even begun to move in, such as a new demigod named Foolish, a slime named Charlie, Fundy, and Purpled. A rather odd bunch but nonetheless helped bring life to this country.

Finally landing in the country's centre he put her down gently. "Alright try not to open your eyes too quickly, the sun's pretty bright out here." Alex advised while undoing the blindfold. She agreed and once she was finally able to see this big surprise, she was in awe.

The beautiful golden sands and lush cacti complimented the quartz and stone buildings. It was bright with beautiful lights and billboards, she was absolutely excited beyond belief to see what this would all look like at night.

"What is this place?" She asked in awe. "Well Hermosa... You know I've been working on a big project for more than a year now and this is the project! Welcome, to Las Nevadas!" Alex exclaimed with the most goofiest grin she's seen.

Oh how she was madly in love with this dumbass. He soon pulled her in for a quick kiss, "That's it?" She giggled. "You used to do that to me all the time, it's payback now Hermosa." He said with a playful smirk, earning a punch from the girl.

Soon enough Alex had begun his tour he had planned. He had taken her to casinos, with the loud rhythmic machines and neon lighting. They even had a few drinks while traveling throughout the day. He had taken her to offices, bistros, and finally the tall fountain that has caught her eye earlier.

It was a fairly large and tall fountain, lights decorated the rim, as the water seemed to reach the sun. The stray droplets even added to it, looking like small diamonds pooling back into the water.

Still admiring the fountain Y/n had begun to ask something Alex wished she'd forget. "Alex?" She had begun, he hummed in response. "So what happened...you know, that day Dream brought back Wilbur.." looking at back at Alex he looked a little pale, stunned.

"Do we have to talk about this?" Alex asked in a dismissive manner. "Yes darling, please! You were covered in blood! What have you been doing in these daily visits??" "Who told you I've been going there daily?!" Alex worriedly. "Sam did. Why are you trying to hide things from me...it's been like lately you hide everything from me!" She yelled back.

"I can't just forget Alex I'm sorry but I can't, there were so many questions that I had. That we all had, but I guess I'm the only one who hasn't forgotten. Please Alex just tell me what happened!" She pleaded.

Alex sighed, "I just...don't want you viewing me differently." "How could I ever view you in any other way? Your my pretty boy with a kind heart.." she said softly and with that they went to sit down in a nearby diner.

They sat in silence for a bit before Alex was willing to open up about that day. He had explained how he had been working on getting the revival spell from Dream since he had put him in prison. He never fully went into detail how bad it got, but from his facial expressions Y/n chose not to press on the matter.

"You know, you were losing sleep from trying to bring back Wilbur and I just wanted to do something for you! You've always done everything and more for me..." Alex finished off. "Oh my fucking lord I love you so much Alex, you don't have to do things for me dork. Let me spoil you!" She said cupping his face into her hands.

Leaning over the table she gave him a kiss once more, returning that same peck he had given earlier. "You're so annoying!" Alex whined. "Ditto." She shot back while smiling widely.

Looking out the diner window Alex's eyes widened as he noticed the sun was almost setting. "Hermosa get up! I have one last surprise and we need to go somewhere for it too!" He announced with a jittery excitement. "Alright alright, calm your tits Alex I'm getting up!"

"C'monnnn!" He whined while pulling her out the diner. He once again told her to hold on tightly before whisking her into the sky. It was a short flight, soon ending when they had landed on the balcony to the highest building in Las Nevadas.

"Wow" she breathed out. "It's gorgeous up here.." "Not as much as you Hermosa." Alex said looking deeply into her eyes. The lights below began to shine brighter as the sunlight grew dimmer. It was an absolutely stunning view.

"And my one last surprise for you Hermosa..." Alex said before rustling in his pocket. "This nation is for us and... This ring is for you, Hermosa you have been my only friend, my saviour, and my beautiful partner...and tonight I ask you to join me, in both ownership of Las Nevadas and more. Ever since we've met you've been nothing but a blessing and I wish for my blessing to stay by my side. This was all for you Hermosa, do you accept?" He asked as the sun had finished setting.

Words cannot describe the emotions running through Y/n's mind. Tears began to make her eyes sparkle, "OF COURSE MY PRETTY BOY!" She yelled. Alex couldn't be more ecstatic upon hearing this, smiling even more than he already has been. Looking deep into those warm eyes she pulled him in for kiss that seemed to deepen with passion

"Eres mi Hermosa." He whispered.
"Back at ya pretty boy."
