Demon of the Mist

"Hey, Oso-chan!" A voice whisper/yelled, making Osoroshī jump slightly in surprise.

"Yeah, Na-kun?" She asks, blinks her wide eyes.

"I really want to pull a prank on everyone, can you help me?"

"Uh, sure. What do you want me to do?" She responded. Naruto snickered, and whispered in her ear.

"Can you turn into your demon form and let me ride on you?" He asks, his big blue eyes wide and begging.

Osoroshī looked uncertain and rubbed the back of her neck, while looking at him guiltily. "I, uh, well... Fine!" She groans in defeat. Naruto grins and jumps up and down while saying 'yes!' Over and over.

Crackling and snapping of bones filled the air, making Team 7 stop. They looked around in disgust and suspicion.

"What was that?" Sakura asked, shaking her head back and forth; her stomach churning from the sickening sounds.

"Bones breaking. Be ready for anything... Naruto, Osoroshī, get back to the group!" Kakashi yells, while a bad feeling grows in his gut.

Sasuke's eyes were wide, but he stayed silent. He had a kunai out and in a defensive position.

"Wahhooo!" A voice yells loudly, making Tazuna and the rest of the group gasp. The voice was Naruto's.

A sudden thud made Sakura squeak and her eyes widen in horror. Something heavy was moving towards them.

"Kakashi-Sensei, what could it be!?" She exclaims. Kakashi stays silent, his eye trained ahead. Nothing could have prepared him for what he say next.

From the forest emerged a massive head, at least two or three feet higher than Kakashi. Then mouth of the creature was slightly ajar, showing several razor-sharp teeth, that were at least the size of Tazuna's middle finger. The thick leathery skin was a pale ashen blue, pulled tautly over its large face. It's eyes were hidden by a tangly of black feather, but that only made it more intimidating. It had a longish neck, which lead to a huge body. A pair of wings were folded against its feathered body. It's long legs were ended it large four taloned scaly feet. A long, but strangely pretty black tail brushed along the ground. It took another step forward, with its nostrils flaring.

Kakashi's eye was wide, and his jaw slacked. He stared up at the beast; refusing to believe what he was seeing. The beast in front of him matched the Legends perfectly. He didn't know if it was his mind playing tricks or not, but was that smoke that was curling out of its nose?

Everyone was completely frozen, two were even trembling. The beast raised its head and released a burst of flames into the air. That action made Sakura scream, and even faint!

Osoroshī lost her self control as soon as the pink hair girl fell over. She began laughing, although to everyone else it sounded like choking and wheezing. Soon, a loud laughter joined hers. It was Naruto's.

The group was shocked when they saw a familiar blondie crawl out of the creatures feathers; laughing his head off.

"HAHAHA, WE FOOL ALL OF YOU!" Naruto yells; sitting in the creatures shoulders, with his hands on his hips. He grinned triumphly at the still stunned group.

Kakashi was the first to recover. He sent a wary glance at the beast.

"Naruto, get off of that thing." Kakashi ordered, kunai still held defensively.
Sasuke stood behind him; eyes still widen, and mouth gaping open.

"She's not a thing! This is Oso-chan, BELIEVE IT! I TOLD YOU SHE WAS A REAL KARASU, LIKE IN THE STORY!" Naruto yells at them, while sliding off of the massive raven.
