As you work with your friend oliver till 3, you tell him about the man "Oh Randy? He sounds knarly!" Oliver says ofc, when it hits 3 you leave and get ready. You put on (insert and outfit you like wearing cause you can wear whatever tf you want man) and perfume and more deodorant and shit, you decided to take him to the Cinema because he doesn't seem like the funfair type and the park would just be a shitty date idea all around. It turns 4:02 and you muster up the confidence to call him, the phone rings a moment before Randy picks up "hello?" "Hey Randy it's
Y/n"  "O- oh y/n! Where are you planning on hanging out?" "The cinema would be nice" he stays silent for a moment "Umm y/n I don't think I would have the mo-" you cut him off "Ill pay for you its fine" "thank you y/n" you hear him sniffle a bit "Ill be at the cinema in 10 minutes y/n, I gota freshen up a bit" "Alrigjt Randy I'll see you then."
You hang up and walk to the theater, it's about ten minutes walk away from your house so you figured you won't have to wait for too long, you get to the theater and see Randy fidgeting with his jacket for a moment before noticing you, he's wearing the same jacket and shirt as before. "H- hey y/n! Ready to go in?" You smile and nod, he hold the door open for you as you walk in.
You guys decide to watch "Cords of love" because none of the movies look that good, you buy the tickets, a big ass bucket of popcorn and you get you and Randy both your own soda! (How generous thanks y/n) he chooses to get a purple Fanta and you get a monster like the fag you are.
You guys sit down and watch the movie, around 30 minutes in you can see Randy looking at you a bit, you look at him and give a warm expression back then return your eyes to the movie, moving your hand a bit close to Randy's, he notices and slowly puts his a bit closer to yours but not holding it, you decide to intertwine your fingers with his since he's too scared (like always).
When the movies over you and him leave the cinema, still holding hands without realizing and talking about the movie and your jobs and stuff, until you walk by Randy's dumpster "well this is my place, goodbye y/n" he starts walking towards his dumpster but you stop him "Wait!" He looks at you confused "is everything alright y/n! Did I do something wrong?!" "No it's just" you gulp a bit, nervous to ask "I have some extra room in my house and I've been wanting a roommate, not anybody to help pay rent or anything but-" Randy hugs you tight, eyes watering "so Randy, would you like to move in with me? It seems at least slightly better than a dumpster" he smiles and nods his head yes, crying somehow even though u guys are phones. "Y/n that would be lovely, but how would I repay you?!" "No need to repay, im glad to help you dear" Randy hugs you tighter "thank you y/n, thank you so much"
