Love

Ria smiled softly. "Would you?" She asked.
     Lyza smiled back at her. "Of course I would. You helped me when no-one else would. You showed me kindness when all I have ever seen was rejection. I would love to be with you forever" 
"Ria leaned against Lyza murmuring "we may have just met, but you intrigue me.. so are we girlfriends now?"
     "If you want us to be." Lyza said running her hand through Ria's hare.
     Ria smiled and said "I would want nothing more." She leaned in and they shared a tender kiss. Just then there was the sound of someone crashing threw the trees. Ria turned around to see Garrid and his goons running straight at her and Lyza. "Look what we have here." Sneered garrid. "Rich girl and street rat are smooching in the woods."
     "Leave us alone." Cried Ria. "What we are doing is none of your business"
     "Oh but it is our business." Scoffed Garrid, "you bought back that flower for her."
      Ria stood up and shouted, "You soled the flower and I bought It. What's the problem there."
     Lyza scowled and said "you stole it from me."
     Garrid growled saying, "It doesn't matter how I got it. I want it back."
     "Why do you want it now? Asked Lyza, "You soled it before."
    "I just do!" Garrid screamed, stepping closer to Ria and Lyza. He made a motion towards two of his goons saying "Get her. Grab the girl"
      The two burly boys grabbed Ria and hoisted her into the air. Addressing Lyza, He said, "give me the flower or rich girl gets it"
      "Don't you touch her" growled Lyza, clenching her hands into fists.
      Ria struggled to break free from the boys grip but for naut as they lifted her higher off of the ground.. "Give me the flower!"" Garrid spat in Lyza's face.
      Lyza kicked him squarely in the groin. Gerrid howled in pain, falling to the ground, gripping his crotch. One of the goons holding Ria pulled out a knife. Quick as lightning, Lyza brought out the flower and hurled it at the goon. The flower exploded into a ball of blew flames as it hit the goon in the back of his pants, setting them on fire. Both goons dropped Ria and fled into the trees, one still franticly trying to beat out the flames on his back-side. Garrid stood up and glared daggers at Lyza "You burnt the flower." He seethed.
     "You almost killed my girl-friend" Lyza shot back.
     Rea got up from the ground and  took Lyza's hand 'lets go." She said. The two girls left the park, Leaving Garrid behind. The sun was setting in the west as the girls reentered the grey maze of streets. "I have to go home. My mom will be wondering where I am." Ria said"
    "Where can I find you in the morning?" Asked Lyza, squeezing Ria's hand. 
     "Well," said Ria, "I'm not sure if my mom would approve of us, you know, dating, so maybe I should find you."
     Ria smiled and said, "I pritty much sleep where ever I want, so you can find me in the ally behind the old bear."
     "Sounds good." Ria smiled, "by the way, I'm sorry about the flower. How did you get it to burn like that?"
     Lyza smiled warmly, saying, "I learned a bit of magic from those witch doctor's that my parents.sent me to, and about the flower, I  don't think I will be needing it now"
