I closed the door and walked over to me and els bikes. We saw max on the walk so we started to bike to his house together, I was basically being a third wheel but I didn't mind because theyre cute asf.
We hot to mikes house and he open the door greeting us with "hey guys! welcome, head downstairs and make yourselfs feel at home while we wait for lucas and dustin to get here" and a sight smile which made me have a gay panic good thing I was looking down.
After lucas and dustin get here we were looking for a movie to watch max said we should watch a scary movie bc she knew I hate them and I was sitting next to mike I mouthed "no" and she grinned snd nodded.

A huge jumpscare came up the scared the shit out of me and me and wills hands get on top of eachothers on accident, we both looked like tomatos but the others couldn't tell because of how dark it was. Will moved a little closer to me and soon ended up with his head on shoulder and our fingers interlocking with eachother. For me and will it's normal for like hugs because we've been best friends since kindergarten.
When the movie finished he sat up straight but still held my hand under the blanket so no one would notice. After a few minutes we decided to play monopoly. When a few rounds of monopoly passed I said "do you guys want any snacks? i'm going up to the kitchen" everyone said sure "hey will wanna come?" "sure!" you heard him respond. I let go of his hand and got up as he got up. We both went upstairs, "hey mike?" will said but sounded very unsure and uneasy "yeah?" I said in the same tone as him "sorry for holding your hand.." he said quiet enough so my mom who was in the dining room didn't hear, I just responded with "its okay" and gave him a smile. We both were mid way down the stair and I said "I liked you holding my hand" but he didn't have enough time to reply because lucas said "hey will its your turn!"
After we finished monopoly it was 12am so we all started choosing where to sleep, there was 3 couches 2 of them fit other 1 person and the other fits two. "you guys choose first" max chose with el on the floor and lucas and dustin on the 2 1 couches so that left me and will on the two couch.
