"James, look, that's the twerp that has that Totodile!"
Jessie pointed, sitting on a tree branch.
"Maybe that's the trainer that snatched up the last one!"
James said, his eyes lighting up when he spied the Totodile in their arms.
"It looks like them,"
Jessie agreed, smiling.
Meowth also grew excited.
"We couwd sell dat' wast Totodiwe fo' good money!"
He beamed.
"Ok, Jessie, so what's our plan then?"
James whispered.
Jessie thought silently, her eyes following the trainer as they enjoyed the scenery and pet their Totodile.
Meowth grew frustrated and tired of waiting.
"C'mon, Jess, we don't got all day! Dat twainas' gettin' away!"
He crossed his arms.
"I'M THINKING!"
Jessie shouted angrily, echoing throughout the quiet forest.
Y/N looked behind themselves, hearing the angry voice of Jessie, before shrugging and walking away, assuming it just came from the village behind them.
"Totodile?"
The pokemon said curiously, glancing up in Team Rockets direction. He popped his head up from Y/N's arms and jumped up on their shoulder.
Team Rocket froze and stared at each other, scared of being found. They held their breath and tensed up.
"It was nothing, Totodile, don't worry."
Y/N said.
They laughed as Totodile climbed onto their head and tried to grab Totodile to no avail once he kept jumping around.
With Y/N distracted, Jessie, James, and Meowth sighed in relief.
"Jessie! Keep it down!"
James and Meowth whisper-shouted, as James was clenching his fists.
Jessie glared at James, staring right into his soul, as he flinched and looked away, staying quiet.
There was a long moment of silence before James eyed a tiny Spinarak crawling onto Jessie's glove.
"...Jessie-"
"Be quiet James, I'm trying to concentrate!"
Jessie interrupted.

...?
Jessie started screaming.
"JAMES! THERE'S A SPINARACK ON ME! OH, GET IT OFF, GET IT OFFFF!"
