You awoke to your alarm and checked the time, 9:23 AM. You got up and went to get ready to meet Kira. After an hour and thirty minutes you were finished and was scrolling through your messages and clicked on Kira's to ask where he wanted you to meet him at.
You texted him and asked where he wanted to meet up and waited for him to text back. To make time go by fast you sat down and watched Stranger Things (she was on season 3) when you looked at the time again it was 11:46 you grabbed your keys and phone and left. About 30 minutes later you arrived at the restaurant and texted Kira that you were there. He replied back saying he was already inside. You got out of the car and walked in and saw him standing there waiting for you with a little girl in his arms.
"You made it." he said. He approached you and shook your hand. "Our table is over there." He pointed in a direction near a wall. You three walked over and sat down. You decided to make small talk. Then the waitress comes and asks what y'all want to drink.
"(drink/water/juice)" you say.
"I'll have a sweet tea and what you want Lia?" Kira asks.
"A sprite."
"Ok I'll be back with the drinks in a little bit." You nodded your head. And stayed quiet for a while. Then you decide to make small talk.
"How are you doing?" you ask.
"I'm doing alright. I'm still recovering though." he replied.
"That's good."
"Daddy, who is she?" you hear the little girl beside him say.
"Oh I forgot this is Y/n a close friend of mine. Y/n this is Lia, my daughter."
"You're very pretty." Lia says.
"Thank you. You're gorgeous and what you're wearing is pretty." you said smiling. Lia put her face on her dad's shoulder, and he rubbed her head.
"She was pretending to be sick and when I said we were going out to meet someone she put on clothes and she tried to outdo me with the clothes," he said.
You smiled. "And that she did." Kira's mouth dropped. "Close your mouth before a fly flies in."

"You look pretty to miss." Lia says
"I agree." Kira replies.
"Thank you." You three stay silent for a while and then the waitress comes back.
"Are you guys ready to order?"
"Yes. Y/n go ahead." Kira says.
"I'll get (f/f)."
"What about you sir?"
"I'll have the shrimp alfredo and steak. I'd like to add shrimp too. What do you want, Lia?"
"Um, chicken strips with mashed potatoes."
"Ok, your food will be out shortly."
You three kept talking and then you guys food came. Lia asked for some of your food and you gave her some. Then you asked for some of Kira's. An hour passed and you all had finished your food and you asked for the check. You took your card out and Kira stopped you.
"Y/n I said I was paying." Kira says.
"I forgot you can go ahead and pay then." Kira took out his card and handed it to her. A few minutes later she came back with the receipt. You took out your wallet and left the woman a $50 tip and walked out with the other two.
"Thank you for lunch." you say.
"No problem, " he says. You stay silent. "I'm going to leave. I'll see you later y/n. Take care."
"Daddy, wait!" Lia says. She whispered something in his ear and he put her on the ground. She ran toward you and gave you a hug. "You're very nice. Thank you for looking out for my dad."
You hugged her back, "No problem. How old are you?" you ask.
"I'm 9. How old are you?"
"27."
"Can we be friends?"
"Sure." you said. She smiled and Ran over to her dad.
"I made a friend, daddy!" She held her arms up and he bent down.
"That's good sweetie," he said. You walked up to her and held out your pinky.
"Promise me you'll take care of your dad." She wrapped her pinky around yours.
"I promise." She said with a determined look on her face. You smiled and unwrapped your pinky. You walked away and waved bye to the two and got in your car. On the way home, Ran called.

Ran: Hey Y/n how are you
Why does he sound upset?
You: I'm doing alright, what about you?
Ran: I'm doing fine. I need you to meet me and Rindo for dinner tonight.
You: Ok, is she gonna be there?
Ran:Yep, bring a date with you. Rindo bringing one so you bring one. Meet at my restaurant at 7:30PM.
You: Last minute planning but ok. See ya tonight
Ran: Bye
He hung up the phone.
He is being rude asf. I didn't get no love you or take care or nothing. He must be pussy whipped.
You arrived at your house and set an alarm for 5:45PM and went to sleep.
