Chapter 40

You woke up to the smell of something cooking and sat up looking around for a few seconds. You debated on getting out of the bed. You sighed and put your feet on the floor and walked to the bathroom. After you finished doing what you were doing in the bathroom, you grabbed your phone and walked to the kitchen.

 When you got there you saw Baji making waffles. He turned around hearing your footsteps and smiled. "Goodmorning." You nodded your head in acknowledgement and went to go make some coffee and he handed you a cup. 

"Thanks." You said. You took a sip and it was just how you liked it. He was looking at you to see if you liked it. You went and took a seat at the table. Then you smelled something burning. "Your bacon is burning." you said to him. He then put paper towels on the plate and started laying the bacon down on it to get the grease out. 

"You want eggs?" he asked you. You said (yes or no) and he went to go fix them. He cracked the eggs in a bowl and took out the nasty ass gloopy part in them and threw it in the trash. After he fixed them, he fixed your plate and handed it to you, with (what you eat with your waffles). He sat down next to you and said a prayer and began eating. You began eating and were shocked it was good. 

"My mom taught me how to cook most of this." He said to you, "The waffles are homemade too." You nodded your head and went back to eating. After a little bit he began talking to you. "So what are you doing today?"

"I actually don't know." You said. "Why?"

"They're having a festival today and wanted to know if you wanted to go with me." He said hesitantly. 

"Aren't you supposed to take your girlfriend or wtv to that?" You said.

He shrugged his shoulders, "She's been acting weird lately and I'm about done with her bullshit. It starts at 6 if you want to go." You nodded your head and then got up to take your plate. He stood up and took it from your hand and said he'll take care of cleaning everything.

Your phone started ringing and saw it was Takemichi. You looked at Baji and he looked at you. You exited the room and answered the phone. 

Takemichi: where you at?

You: my house. where you at?

Takemichi: taking Naoto back to his place. ima be over there once I make sure he's alright.

You:Ok

Takemichi: you need anything.

You:nope 

Takemichi: okay see you in a little

 You hung up the phone and went to your room to find something to wear for a little bit. You ended up putting on some biker shorts and a hoodie. You went back to the kitchen for some coffee and saw Baji going back to his room. He scanned your body and went into his room. You grabbed your glass and fixed your coffee and then the doorbell rang. You looked out the window and saw Takemichi standing there. You let him in and he started yapping. "You know Naoto is a pain to deal with when he's hurt. He had me going around doing so much shit for him." You heard a room door open and then some footsteps. "Y/n Haitani, why is there another dude in here?" You saw Baji from the corner of your eye walking toward you two. 

Takemichi opened his mouth but no words came out. "You're alive?" Takemichi asked him. 

"You see me right here?" Baji said. Takemichi mumbles something under his breath that you two couldn't hear. Michi walked past you two and went to his room and semi-slammed the door. Baji went to his room and you followed behind him to go with him. He started to say something, then his phone started ringing and he put it on speaker for you to hear.

Baji: what

?: don't say what to me

Baji: I'm busy right now wtf do you want

?: where are you

Baji looked at you to say something and you did. "Who are you on the phone with?" You said to him. Baji smiled and went back to talking.

Baji: a friend. I'll be back in a little

?: bae who's that

Baji: my friend.

?: they sound like a girl. are you with another girl?

Baji: yes

You motioned for him to hand you the phone. "I'll say this nicely. He doesn't love or like you. He's sick of your bitching. Leave him alone." You handed the phone back to him and he waited for her to say something. 

?: who is this

Baji: my girlfriend that's not constantly breathing down my neck about unnecessary shit. I want you out by tonight

?: where am I going to go keisuke

Baji: I don't fucking know. Figure it out.

He hung up the phone and looked at you. "Sorry about the girlfriend part. I just needed her gone."

"It's fine." You said. 

He nodded his head, "I wouldn't mind it though."

"Mind what?" You said.

"You and me." He said, smirking, getting close to you. 

You pushed him, "Maybe." He grabbed you and kissed you. You kissed him back. He put you on the bed and began kissing your neck. He took off your hoodie and began kissing your breasts. He moved back up to your neck, "Michi's here."

"I don't give a fuck." He began kissing you again while moving down to your shorts. You pushed him away. 

"Not right now." You said. You grabbed your hoodie and walked out. Michi opened his door and shook his head at you. You rolled your eyes and went to your room. You set an alarm for 5pm and went  to sleep.
