Before leaving for the shopping trip everyone is looking at Akane. Her bright blue eyes and pointed ears are too obvious.
MIRA: You can't go in the town looking like that.
AKANE: I can't just cut out my eyes and ears.
SHIRO: No you can't.
She takes out a beanie and sunglasses.
SHIRO: But you can wear this!
Everyone is walking outside. They're almost at the town.
AKANE: I feel stupid and I look ridiculous.
SHIRO: Oh common, you look cute.
Akane sighs and adjusts her beanie.
AKANE: I don't even know if I've ever worn a dress.
SHIRO: Whaaat? Really?
Akane nods.
MIRA: Well than we need to choose a special dress!
David points to the stores across the street.
DAVID: Well we'll be going to those stores.
MIRA: Okay we'll meet here at 5 o' clock.
TAGGI: Okay!
A couple of hours later Shiro still hasn't picked out a dress for Akane. They just can't seem to find the right one. While Akane is changing.
MIRA: It's almost 5 o' clock.
AI: Well if you weren't so picky we'd already been done.
SHIRO: But I want to find the perfect dress for Akane.
Akane pushes the curtains away.
AKANE: What about this one?
They all look at her and become speachless. Akane is wearing a long sparkly black bodycon dress with long sleeves.
MIRA: It's perfect.
AKANE: There's only one problem.
She turns around. The back is open and it shows all of her scars.
MIRA: Oh...
SHIRO: I don't mind it.
AI: Shiro.
SHIRO: What? I don't think people should hide their scars.
She looks at Akane.
SHIRO: It shows that you are strong.
AI: But if Akane is not comfor-
AKANE: Shiro is right. I shouldn't hide them. I'll take the dress.
Akane smiles and others do too.
While walking back to the meeting point they see David, Sei and Taggi across the road. Sei sees Akane blushes and smiles at her. Akane blushes.
AI: Akane are you blushing?
AKANE: N-no I'm not!
SHIRO: It's okay. Sei is blushing too.
AI: Uuuuu is he really?!
AKANE: S-stop.
They argue on. Mira who is walking behind them frowns. They cross the street.
DAVID: Did you get everything?
SHIRO: Yes!
TAGGI: Than let's go.
As they are walking back home, they pass a house. Shiro stops.
AI: Is something wrong?
They look at the house.
AI: Is that-
SHIRO: Yes... But it looks abandoned.
She notices a woman beside it.
SHIRO: Exuse me. What happened with the family?
WOMAN: Oh, after their daughter ran away, they lost a lot of money. They couldn't afford the medecine they needed. They died 3 months ago.
