Akane is sitting in a room looking out the window. They had to remove her burnt hand. She remembers the last day she was on Vulmone. She was saying goodbye to Eir.
AKANE: Are you sure you'll manage this planet?
Eir smiles.
EIR: I will make it a better place, don't worry.
AKANE: I know you will.
Eir looks at her hand.
EIR: I'm sorry it had to be like this, if I was there with you I could've healed it.
AKANE: It's okay. I'll manage it.
EIR: If you need anything come to me.
AKANE: I will. Thank you for everything Eir.
EIR: It was in my pleasure. I always knew you would make things different.
Akane smiles.
AKANE: Goodbye.
EIR: Goodbye.
Akane is smiling. Sei comes behind her, kissing her on the cheek.
SEI: Are you coming?
Akane nods and they go.
Ai and Shiro are standing in front of a house.
SHIRO: Are you ready?
AI: No...
Shiro smiles, holds their hand and rings on the doorbell. A women opens. Ai smiles nurvesly.
WOMEN: Ai?
AI: Mom...
Their mom hugs them.
WOMEN: I'm so happy you're okay. I missed you.
AI: I'm sorry.
WOMAN: No I'm sorry... I'm sorry I couldn't exepted you for who you are.
AI: Mom...
WOMEN: I'm really sorry.
Ai smiles and steps beside.
AI: Mom I'd like you to meet someone. This is Shiro.
WOMEN: Oh so you're their-
Shiro nods and smiles.
WOMEN: Would you like to go inside?
AI: We would, but we're in a little hurry, maybe tomorrow.
She nods. Ai and Shiro want to go, but the woman stops Shiro.
WOMAN: Take care of them... I don't know if they're able to love someone after how I treated them.
SHIRO: Don't worry... they are.
Shiro looks at Ai waiting for her on the street.
SHIRO: Afterall their name is love.
She smiles and they go.
Akane and Sei are walking to the main room. He's covering her eyes.
AKANE: Is this really necessary?
SEI: Of course it is.
He uncovers her eyes. Everyone is there by the table, under the sign – Welcome to your new home. Akanes cheeks color pink.
AKANE: Y-you didn't need to do that.
MIRA: Of course we needed.
Shiro comes to her with a big box.
AKANE: What's this?
SHIRO: A present from all of us. Open it.
She opens it. In it is a artificial hand.
AKANE: Guys...
SEI: Everyone made it.
MIRA: It has a lot of different potions stored in it.
SHIRO: I designed it and made it pretty!
AI: It can make portals.
DAVID: It makes really cool 3D projections.
TAGGI: If you ever need to protect yourself it can make a sheild.
SEI: And I programmed voice in it. Do you like it?
Tears start running down her cheeks as she puts it on.
AKANE: I love it. Thank you.
SHIRO: Now let's celebrate!!
They start eating and dancing. Akane looks around – at Mira smiling, Shiro and Ai hugging, David and Taggi holding their hands and talking, and than she looks at Sei. She grabs his hand.
»AKANE«: They may not look like much... Just a bunch of really smart kids, but they're more than that. They are my family... I finally found my family, my home.
