🚨 this is present time now where they're at the beach house!!!🚨

I woke up that morning in Jeremiah's arms. I try to get up but he pulls me back down. " noo stay with me." He says in his morning voice. " I have to get up at some point." I say feeling defeated and laying back down facing him. " Oli, that night at prom did you feel anything?"

I was shocked by his words. I froze. " w- what do you mean? I mean I did feel something when conrad broke my heart but-" he holds my face in his hands," no not like that did you feel something with me?" We're looking deep into each others eyes. The truth was I felt a thousand sparks light up when I danced with Jere, but I couldn't tell him that." I uh- I don't know." He looks sincerely at me and says," let me help you figure it out."

He leans in and kisses me soft and long, butterflies take over my stomach and his lips take over mine.  We makeout for a bit untill he releases our kiss and says," did you feel anything?" I didn't answer just kissed him again. He held my face and then scrunched up my hair behind my head and then Taylor walked in, " Breakfast is re-" She's wide eyed and slowly closes the door backing up me and Jere look at each other and just burst out laughing.

Jeremiah checks his phone and sees a message from Belly

Belly-

"Well looks like we're gonna be here for a while Conrad won't budge."

Honestly my face lit up, I didn't want anything more then to be here at the house, this beach, and with these people. " Lets go eat breakfast, Im starving!" Jere says finally getting up. I throw on my black shirt off the ground and We walk downstairs and I see Conrad look up from his Omelet wide eyed and eyeing down Jeremiah behind me. What was his problem. Belly looks at me confused, " Uh nice shirt Olls." Claire says siping from her orange juice. I look down to see a big black nike shirt. This was not my shirt, this was Jeremiahs shirt.

Oh shit. " We all saw you come out of his room girl you don't gotta hide it." Sofia says. I see Jeremiah smirking next to me and hit him with my elbow. I see Conrad just looking down and eating his cereal. I don't give a fuck what he feels or says he broke my heart. Fuck him. My brother Ethan has a disgusted look on his face and is fake gagging. " Fuck off Ethan, you still listen to One Direction." I hear some laughs and then Ethan flips me off.

"Anyways! Lets eat! Heres your omelets!" Aaliyah says handing Jere and I our plates. "Lets go eat on the porch Olls, he says taking my hand." I look back and everyone is either shrugging or rolling their eyes. " Don't make out too much!" I hear Taylor yell. I can't help but smile.

We go out and sit in the two beach chairs out front that I always saw Susannah and Laurel gossiping in. I close my eyes to relive the picture in my head. I was always had a little thought of Susannah throughout the day. I wouldn't ever let myself forget her beautiful smile and her warm hugs.

"Oliana, do you need to talk?" He says holding my hand. I look up into his eyes and tears are flowing out. It doesn't matter if I was sad or not every time someone said somewhere along the lines of, " Are you okay."  It always made it hurt more. "Yes please." He takes my hand and abandons our omelets and walks down to the beach. He climbs up a empty lifeguard chair and helps me up. He pats his Hand down so I sit down next to him, I lay my head on his shoulder and he says, " You've been acting different Oli? Whats going on?"

I breath in deeply and say, " When I close my eyes, when I open them, when I breath, when I talk, when I think, all I see Is Susannah. She's always on my mind and I just miss her so much Jere, I miss her so much and I don't know what Im gonna do without her." I see tears escaping his eyes and he plays with my hair and says, " I know  Oli, she's all I think about to. All day everyday."

We sit there for a while and just cry. " Lets go somewhere, everyone can come." He gets down from the lifeguard chair and then helps me down. He wipes his tears then mine, and then places a kiss on my lips We walk up to the beach house and go in the back door. Jeremiah announces, " Let's go! Everyone In the jeep! We're going to the new amusement park!" Everybody runs to the car except Conrad. " Connie lets go, don't you wanna come?" He shakes his head and walks upstairs. I shrug and take Jeres hand to the car.

We all pile In and head to this new amusement park Jere suggested.  We pull up and we all walk up and get our tickets. We all practically run In and Ethan and Claire walk off together, ew. Then we all head over to the bumper cars. Jere looks at me and I look at him. I remember that day at the arcade. These are 2 person bumper cars though, me and Jere run to one. Belly and Taylor run to one and Aaliyah and Sofia run to one.

Naturally. me and Jere beat them all and get the highest score. "Not fair!" Sofia says walking by us as we exit. Then we all go to the big rides, I loved them! Like the rush I had when I was with Jeremiah Is the same I had when you go down the big hill. " No way." Jeremiah says stopping short of the line. I look and him with my puppy dog eyes, "Pleaseeeee!!"I say to him. " There is no way." I grab his arm and pull him in line. Then We have to wait in the long ass line.

When we get into our seats Jere immediately squeezes my hand really tight. " Jere you're gonna be okay, I promise." I can't help but giggle. "hey! No laughing! Mrs. Got her ass whooped by a piece of coral!" I gasp sarcastically. " Wow! Thats a new low! That reef was a certified boxer!" We both laugh and the ride starts going up.He closes his eyes and as we're about to drop he screams. " Hell to the fucking no, nope nope nope, take me off!" I squeeze his hand. " you're gonna need a parachute then!" I saw as we go down the hill. He lets out the most god awful squel screw, I've ever heard. I can't help but laugh, Im laughing so hard. There are tears coming out of my eyes when the ride stopped we headed out.

"I thought you loved these rides Olls? Why Are you crying?" Aaliyah asks. " Oh no! I do! I was just laughing at Jeres scream as he went down the hill!" Sofia has a concerned look on her face. " That was you! I thought It was the 6 year old behind us!" We're all burst out laughing and jere even giggles a bit to. " Yeah yeah whatever!" We go on a few more rides and then we head out. As we go through the tunnel Claire and I stick our heads out the sunroof and sing, " Enchanted by Taylor Swift."

We get home and everyone goes off to their beds, " Roommates again Olls?" Jeremiah asks taking my hand. " Of course Jere Bear." We walk up to his room and I see Conrad going out the bathroom and look back us and shaking his head sadly as he walked into his room. What was he shaking his head about? He broke MY heart? Does he not recall?

Jeremiah goes in and brushes his teeth and I go to Claires room because my toothbrush was packed in her bag. I walk In Claires room to see her on top of my brother. "What the fuck." I say and they both look up pulling the covers over top of them.
