Somehow it all just ended:
The strife, the pain.
But as I moved farther from
You and your deception,
I began to miss the lying lips
That continually kept my attention.
They would mesmerize my whole being,
Each word moving my body
Like a marionette puppet.
Up and down, side to side,
Each word sewing the holes you
Were creating.
But suddenly you disappeared,
And I was left on the floor motionless,
Finally free from your controlling string of lies.
