My alarm rings again the next morning, so I go out for a quick run, have breakfast, take a shower and get ready for the wedding. I'm supposed to be at the location in a few minutes, so I make my way there in time and greet my sister and the bridesmaids with loving hugs. "Excited for today?" I ask, curling my sister's hair. "Very excited, but pretty nervous" she reply, and I nod my head as I look at her through the mirror.
"Ofcourse, but it's all gonna be just fine! You'll be married to the love of your life soon, that's all that matters. You have a beautiful dress, your hair is gonna be pretty and James is gonna love it. It's gonna be okay, really" I tell, making her smile. "Thank you, I'm really glad you're here" she adds, giving me a smile.
"I'm glad I get to be here, especially as the maid of honor" I giggle, making her laugh. My sister and I have a great bond, and I couldn't be happier for her. She looks so happy, it makes me happy too. I love my sister, her husband-to-be is great and their relationship is healthy. I'm really happy for them, and deep down, I want to find a relationship like theirs for myself one day.

Ransom's POV
Amelia, Amelia, Amelia. That's all I can think of, and all that my mind allows inside. She's the only person I can think about now that I met her, it's fucking ridiculous. That smile of hers did something to me, I felt a spark running through my whole body not only when I first saw her, but also when her hand pulled my coat last night, when she told me that we were gonna do the dishes first.
No one talks to me like that, because they know hew my reaction would be, but she? She didn't care. She wasn't scared, she was nice. She was kind, caring and seemed to be interested in what I had to say. She's different from any other girl I've ever met, and that might be either interesting or dangerous for me.
I still can't stop thinking about her, I really feel like I want to talk to her right now. "James?" I ask, after thinking about a way to reach her. "Yeah? What's up?" he asks in reply, tying his tie. "Let me call Amelia on your phone, to ask her if Sierra is almost ready" I say, standing up from the little couch to help him with his tie real quick.
"Thanks, and uh, yeah! Here you go, just type in her name and call her up" he adds, so I nod my head and take his phone. I type in her beautiful, beautiful name, try my very best not to even slightly smile because I never fucking do, and call her up. I can feel myself getting a little nervous, I'm never nervous about things like this.

Back to Amelia's POV
I finish curling Sierra's hair after only a few minutes, and help her get into her dress. "You look like a princess, Sierra!" I happily say, watching her twirl around as the other bridesmaids cheer for her. Suddenly, before I can do anything else, my phone rings. I take a quick look at he screen, and see that James is calling me.
It scares me for a split second, hoping and praying that everything is alright there. I take a deep breath, look at Sierra who's still smiling like crazy. "I'm gonna go make a quick call, I'll be right back!" I say, kissing her cheek before walking out of the room to answer my phone.
