Back to Amelia's POV

As I'm watching the people here dance to 'Give Me Love', Ransom takes a step forward and turns around to look at me. He lets out a silent sigh, and sticks out his hand. I look up at him, and frown a little at his action. "Come on" he says, but I'm not letting go of my frown. "What?" I giggle, slowly dropping my frown now.

He gives me a little smile, and starts doing a grabby hand move towards mine. "You wanna dance, I can see it in your eyes. So let's go, take my hand before I change my mind" he replies, and I widen my eyes. "Dance? You wanna dance with me? Really?" I ask again, quickly and gently taking his hand. "I can't believe it, but yes, yes I do. Come on, little princess" he replies, softly squeezing my hand for a second before taking me to the dance floor.

He keeps holding my hand, and wraps his other arm around my waist to put his hand on my back. I put my hand on his shoulder, but instead of keeping our intertwined hands up in the air, he puts them on his chest and holds me closer. "This is nice, dancing with a puppy" I giggle, looking up at him to see him smile. "Yeah, I'm not a puppy" he chuckles, so I laugh with him and rest my head against his chest. I slowly close my eyes, following his slow slight movements with a little smile on my face.

Suddenly, Ransom slowly rests his head on mine very gently, which makes me smile even brighter. I can feel him smiling too, we're both fully enjoying the moment until we feel some drops on our faces. We both look up, and after only a few seconds, rain starts pouring down on everyone. It's coming down by the bucket full, but it doesn't stop Ransom from holding me close to him.

We just laugh about the rain, and keep dancing. We're trying to catch some rain with our tongues in the air, but we never stop laughing. My God, this is gonna be a core memory. We dance for little while longer, until it's really time for us to go inside. The two of us run towards the entrance of the building, and find a table to sit at without anyone else sitting with us.

We spend the rest of the night together, talking and laughing a lot after I spent some time with one of my favorite people in my family; my grandmother. We have the best bond, I'm so glad she's here! It's really nice like this, we're having a great time without anyone interfering. "You have nice hands, you know" I say, taking his hand in mind and looking at it. "You have tiny hands" Ransom replies, also looking at mine. I look back at him now, and give him a soft smile.

"Hey uh, do you think that when it rains, God is just crying because of how fucked up humanity turned out to be?" I ask, looking out one of the big windows for only split second. He just looks at me in silence for a second with widened eyes, before bursting out laughing.

"Sorry!" I laugh, but he's shaking his head like he can't stop laughing. He's even hiding his face in his hands at this point, which makes me laugh even harder. The two of us just keep having fun all night, not even needing a lot of alcohol to laugh, until the party ends. He also told me that he likes my tattoos, and that he didn't actually expect me to have so many of them.

I told him that I have way more than he can see now, and he told me that he'd be happy to discover them.
It made me laugh, he's adorable. Everyone already left without us noticing that at all, so while we're still talking and laughing, James walks up to us.

"Hey you guys, so uh... I saw you two having fun tonight, right?" he asks, and Ransom slowly drops his smile. "We um... Yeah!" I reply, letting go of Ransom's hand now. "Alright, great! Ready to go to the hotel?" James asks again, so I let out a silent sigh and slowly nod my head. I had the best time tonight, I didn't want it to end just yet.

Ransom and I both stand up, walk to the exit of the building and get ready to walk to the hotel in the rain, before James holds us back. "Wait, did you guys write something in the guest book? Just something small, something simple?" he asks, making Ransom frown.

"Not yet, no! You go, we'll do that and get to the hotel after" I reply to James, so he nods his head and walks out of the building. "Let's see..." I whisper to myself, finding an empty spot in the guest book to write something down for them. 'Fairytale wedding, I love you both! X Amelia' is what I write down, finishing my name with a little heart on the 'i' like I always do.

I give the pen to Ransom now, and see that he's looking at me with raises eyebrows and a slight smile. "What?" I ask, giggling about it a little. "Did you just put a heart on the 'i' instead of a dot?" he asks, making me laugh. "Shut up, I always do! Just write something nice down so we can go get some sleep" I giggle again, so he finally takes the pen and starts writing.

'Decent champagne. H.R.D' is what he writes down, which makes me laugh again. "Ass!" I laugh, and luckily, he knows that I'm only joking. He laughs with me, offers me his arm and takes me to the door again until someone calls for us. "Sorry, but uh, all the writings come with a picture" one of the staff members says, holding an old camera in his hands. Right, I remember them wanting to do that!

"Oh, yeah! Ofcourse" I add, turning around again and letting go of Ransom's arm for a moment. "Can you smile for a second, maybe?" the staff member kindly and respectfully asks, looking at Ransom. "Can you shut the fuck up for a second, maybe?" Ransom asks in reply, so I shake my head.

"Oh come on, let's just take the picture and go to the hotel" I giggle, making Ransom look at me. We're all staying in a hotel tonight, because we're having breakfast here in the morning and Sierra and James both wanted us to be there. "Fine, little princess" he sighs, giving me a soft smile. "Yay!" I cheer, causing him to laugh at the perfect moment. The picture gets taken, so after shaking it for a second, we look at it together.

"Let's put it in there, can you hand over the glue?" I ask, looking up at Ransom again. "Oh it's uh, there's no glue left. Just lay it on the page and close the book so it doesn't go anywhere" he replies, so I nod my head, take his arm again and walk to the exit with him. "Wait here, I forgot my phone inside" he suddenly says, right before we walk into the rain.

"Sure!" I happily reply, so he gives me another smile and walks back inside. I watch the rain fall from the sky, and enjoy the beautiful starry view. The picture was taking with the flash on, so it looks like it's still light outside, but it's not. "Alright, let's go" I hear, coming from behind me again.

Ransom let's me take his arm again, but before we can even walk away from the property in the rain, he stops again. "You okay?" he asks, pointing at my feet. Ah, he must've noticed me walking a little slower. "Oh, yeah, I'm good! I'm not used to wearing heels for hours and hours in a row and also dancing in them, but I can take them off once we get to the hotel" I reply, and he slowly nods his head.

"We have to walk for like 10 minutes before we get there... Alright, come here" Ransom adds, making me let go of his arm. "What are you-" I try to ask, but I get interrupted by him picking me up, bridal style. I laugh and giggle about it the whole time, wrap my arms around his neck and just let it happen. My God, he's such a cute guy!
