WHEN THE WHOLE GANG CAME BACK, SOME NEW RECRUITS JOINED.

For example, Jonathan's new friend. Argyle.

Argyle was a weird personality. And that's what made me love him so much.

Safe to say, I found another best friend.

Both Jonathan and Eddie were jealous of mine and Argyle's relationship even though they didn't want to admit it.

We clicked instantly and I don't even know why.

"In all honesty, Argyle is weird." Nancy stated, as we were sitting in her living room, waiting for Jonathan and his new friend Argyle to join us. "I have met him and he is kind and all but he is high. And when I say high, I mean high. All the time. But he means good. I think." She explained, walking back and forth across the living room as Eddie and I looked at eachother and back at Nancy in confusion. "I don't want to scare you, of course, I just thought I should warn you because-" The ringing of the front door's bell cut her off. "Wait here." She instructed, rushing towards the door, fixing her hair and clothes in the process.

"Do you think she's onto something?" Eddie asked, leaning towards my ear.

"Probably." I replied, both of looking at Nancy.

"Hi!" She greeted excitedly, opening the door and hugging Jonathan before saying 'hello' to a person behind him.

As they walked further inside, a tall boy with super long, Pocahontas-like hair appeared.

We stood up as Nancy closed the door and they all came over to us for the introductions.

"Hey!" Jonathan greeted.

"Hey man." Eddie said, hugging Jonathan, as they had met in the hospital.

"Hi." I hugged him as well.

"Alright guys, this is Argyle." Nancy began. "Argyle this is Alexia and Eddie."

"Hey my dudes!" He said, bro-hugging me and Eddie. "How we doing?"

"Very good, actually, we were looking forward to meet you." I said, with a smile that came uninvited to my face, and didn't seem to leave any time soon.

Something just screamed good energy about this man and I was totally ready to reciprocate that.

What the fuck, did I became extroverted all of a sudden?

He also had a permanent smile on his face as he looked around.

"Cool shirt man." He said suddenly, motioning to Eddie's Hellfire shirt, which I finally made him wash, by the way.

"Thanks man, it's a D&D club at my highschool." He said looking down at his shirt. "You play?"

"Nah man."

"Cool." Eddie muttered, as a deep, awkward silence fell upon all five of us.

"That's awkward." I muttered under my breath, as Eddie scooted closer to me and grabbed my arm, seeking comfort. "Nancy." I called as I smelled something burning. "Do you have anything in the oven?"

"Oh! The brownies!" She exclaimed, and run to the kitchen.

"Let's sit down shall we?" Jonathan said, and motioned to the couch.

After a while, we all talked as me and Argyle found a band we listen to, in common.

It's called Musical Youth and we had the same favourite song, of this band.

Pass The Dutchie.

I'm not much of a reggae music fan but this band does something to me.

And Bob Marley.

I love Bob Marley.

"No way! You know Musical Youth? Nah man. I love them!" Argyle exclaimed.

"I do, I really do! And I love their music too!"

"I know man." He turned to Jonathan. "Where were you hiding this girl man?" He asked him.

I turned to look at Eddie and Jonathan with a big smile on my face.

They were both sitting on the couch, side by side, with their arms folded in front of their chests, and big pouts on their faces. Eddie was also glaring daggers into Argyle's head, causing me to clear my throat.

"Me and Eddie usually listen to heavy metal and rock. Not so much reggae." I tried to resonate.

"That's cool man. At least you do listen to some Musical Youth. I love you for that man." He told me.

"Okay, that's enough." Eddie muttered and stood up. "Let's stop with all the 'I love you's and everything. Alright?" He came by my side, and pulled me towards his chest. "I get it you both like Musical Youngsters or whatever their name is but let's ease up a little." He pulled me further back as Nancy let out a snort from the armchair while Jonathan still looked like a toddler whose candy had just been taken away from him.

"Oh I'm sorry man, I didn't know she was your girl. But I do have a girl too. Her name's Eden. And she is so amazing. And-" Argyle just started rumbling about his girlfriend, while I excused me and Eddie, as we walked into the kitchen.

"You done being jealous yet?" I asked as I closed the door and walked over to Eddie, placing my hands on his chest.

"I didn't know he had a girlfriend." He mumbled, pouting like a five-year old.

"Oh and you thought I would leave you for him?" I asked, tracing circles on his shoulders and upper arms.

"He said a lot of 'I love you's." He placed his hands on my waist, as I was leaning on him.

"You act like suck a child sometimes, you know that?"

"Yeah but, I don't wanna lose you." He leaned down, placing his forehead against mine.

"You won't. I promise." I mumbled, before placing a small, gentle kiss on his lips, making him smile.

"What do you say, we excuse ourselves from the house in general?" He said, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively.

"We live in this house, Eddie." I reminded him.

"Fuck. I forgot about that!" He whined, as he stomped his head on the ground and threw his head back.

My little five-year old.
