The rest of the school day went by in a flash. In the blink of an eye we were already riding out of school on our staffs. "Hey Ed are you doing anything on Saturday?" He asked "no not really Emira probably wants me to shop around with her but she can get viney to go with her." I replied with a slight chuckle. "Haha anyways, the fair is in town this week and I was wondering if you wanted to go with me Luz, and Amity on Saturday?" Was he asking me on a date? Oh my god Edric just answer the question. "Yeah I would love that!"I replied as I saw him blush a little. "Cool! Umm I will pick you up 1:00 on Saturday!" "Sounds good! See you then!" I said as he flew towards the owl house. "Byeeeeee!" I yelled flying away. I flew home and marked my calendar. I was so excited for Saturday. I would get to go to the fair with my best friend.you know what no, I am going to the fair with my crush.
