It took me years to build up these walls and it took you one look to start the demolition process
My God, you are fine but it wasn't just lust that drew me in, it was that panty-dropping voice of yours that sounded beautiful and the way you walked like royalty, not like them regular boys
Once we were introduced and you said my name, I knew I was done for.
It was love at first sight on my end and I felt so many emotions, I almost had a panic attack
But once you held my hand and gave it a kiss, it was like I could breathe fresh air for the first time in a long time
Was never the same after that day
Somehow we became so close, couldn't stay away from each other
We had the time of our lives together and everything was close to perfect
But fate had other plans as usual, always fucking up my life
We had a fatal accident together, drunk trailer driver hit and sent us into a river
We both didn't know how to swim but somehow you saved me but couldn't save yourself
By the time the paramedics got to you, you were barely breathing but you reached out to me, held my hand and then went limp
I passed out from there, I stayed in a coma for a while just holding onto you in my subconscious but you told me to go back and I woke up crying
You told me to keep on living for you and I tried for a while but I couldn't
You kept the demons in my head at bay, but since you left they've been back in full force and whispering ways I could see you
And I'm so close to listening
