Cheater!

„Tom, Wake up." I gently shake his shoulder and he turns around sleepy. „Where have you been? What time is it?" „It's seven in the morning, come on." He sits up sleepy and runs his eyes. „Where do you wanna go?" „Pick up our friend from the police station." „Since when that?" „I think it's just fair. He spend one night there and learned his lesson." Tom rolls his eyes but gets up.

He grabs my waist and pulls me close to him. „Only if you answer me where you've been the night." I look him deep in the eyes, on the one hand I wanna tell him but on the other one I don't. He leans forward to my ear. „I swear Elia, if you tell me a lie I will-„ „Okay, okay." I stop him and grab his hand. „I'll show you." We leave the apartment and get in the car. I start to drive towards the shore and stop as we reach a relay high cliff. We get out and go near to the edge where we overlook the sea and the blue sky.

He puts his arm around my neck and pulls me to him. „I'm so glad we're here together and I am so happy to know that we'll make our career together." I look at him and smile. As he notices that he leans down and kisses me intensely while putting his hand on the back of my head pushing it slightly against his lips. As we pull apart we look in each other's eyes and then I put my head on his chest to discover his heart beating fast. „I hate to interrupt this moment but don't you think we should get Max?" „Of course."

We drive to the police station. He's so happy as he sees us and wants to hug me tight but Tom notices how uncomfortable I feel and pushes him away. „Alright enough now. Let's go." „Where are we going?" „To the school, maybe we can help or something." „Really? We don't have school and you guys wanna go there?" We don't say anything and then he sighs. „Alright fine, let's go." We get to the school and while we're in the car we call Emily and tell her our plan. We meet her there.

We four spend the day helping to clean up the dust and everything and in the evening they pay as a meal at a fancy restaurant as thank for our help. Before we go there we get ready at home. I have a hard time choosing what to wear until Emily gets in and catches me in underwear. Quickly I turn to her and cover myself. „Woha-„ she says stunned. „What?" Without saying a word she walks up to me and turns me around by slightly touching my shoulder. „Can I?" She asks and gently pulls up the shirt to expose my back. With her index finger she glides over my back.

„What's that?" „What do you mean?" „I mean the- scars?" I turn around fast and out her hand away. A moment of silence is taking place which is awkward. „You look great, help me out maybe?" She forces a smile and turns to my closet. Without hesitation she pulls out a red dress. „Nah I can't wear that." „Why not? Try it on at least." I do as she says and get convinced to wear it.

I do my make up and then we head downstairs where the boys are already waiting. As they see us their jaws drop. Emily is wearing a greens long dress and also looks amazing in it.

„Ladies, you look amazing." Max says. Tom heads towards the stairs and picks me up from the last one, he twirls me around a few times and then puts me down. „You Are gorgeous." He says. I fix his tie and smile. „So Are you babe." I kiss him in the lips and lock hands with him. „Are you ready to go?" Emily asks us and we nod.

We reach the restaurant and get inside. Everything is going totally well as Emily and Tom go the the restroom. „This afternoon is amazing." Max says with a huge smile on his face. „Right? It was a good idea to help right?" He gets up and sits down next to me where Tom sat. „Right." He turns to me with our faces close to each other. „What Are you doing?" I ask confused and pull away from him. „I thought you-„ „Eww are you crazy? I would never. I'm happy with Tom!" He sighs and leans back. „You're right, I'm sorry."

After a few seconds he gets up and goes back to his seat. „So do you want a dessert?" „Sure! But let's wait for the others." „Alright, but we can already take a look at the Menue." He hands it to me and I look at it. We talk about it a lot u til we both finally decide what we want. „By the way, where are Emily and Tom?" I ask him in wich he only shrugs. „Be Right back." I say and get up to go to the ladies restroom. I open the door just to hear strange noises. I locate the stall they're coming from and then hear Emily's voice. Well she found someone who's doing her a favor.

I turn around and am about to leave as I hear Toms voice coming from the same stall. Angrily I walk up to it and kick it with my high heels just to find my boyfriend fucking my best friend. „Oh my god Elia, it's not what it looks like." He says and pushes her away. „Oh is it Not?" I say I'm a calm voice watching him panic and putting on his trousers. Before he's finished I walk out powerful and head towards Max where I grab his glass of wine. Tom of course follows me. „Elia let me explain." I spill his wine all over him and then finish line quickly. „Explain my ass." I kiss Max on the lips and then leave the restaurant.

Why did he even do this? Wasn't I good enough for him? Did I do something wrong? Why?! I storm on the stream where it starts to rain. Wow, just like in a movie. I head down the street past all the other people walking fast with an umbrella over their head. From a small street on the opposite side of the road I hear loud music so I quickly rush to it just to find a club. I head inside and buy myself some Vodka shots and dance as if there was no tomorrow.

The next thing I know is me laying in the middle of an empty road with the rain falling from the sky. I get up soaking wet and stumble back home As I open the door it's dark and since I can't find the light switch I get upstairs and fall in my bed.

I open my eyes and feel as if there was someone hammering in my head. It's bright outside and as I look at my phone it shows 6am. That's early. I change into a hoodie and joggers and start packing my clothes and everything into my huge suitcase. There's a little knock at my door but I don't answer it and keep packing. „I know you're awake Elia." Tom says so I rush to the door and lock it before he can come inside. „Can we please talk?" I also don't respond to that and close the suitcase. I look around and find that I've got everything.

I open the door and walk past him with my shoulder pushing him away. „Elia let's talk. We can work this out." I get my suitcase down the stairs and open the door. „Stop!" He shouts so I turn around with one foot in the door. He does t say anything so I throw the house keys at him and then leave. The only problem I have now is, that I have nowhere to go, nowhere except to my family's house. It's an hour drive away from here but that's not where I wanna be right now. It's still better than being here I suppose.

I get my stuff in my car and start driving. On the highway I get these thoughts again. What if I'd just end it now? Who would even care? I get treated like a toy everywhere I go, so why stay? I get interrupted by a phone call by my teacher. I wipe away my tears and pull myself together. „Hello, what's up?" „Hello Elia, I just wanted to inform you that school arts tomorrow again and that I'm feeling good enough to teach again tomorrow." „That's amazing sir! See you then." He hangs up. I think my teacher would care, that's kinda sad actually.
