CHAPTER 14

Jungkook spooned Jimin on the bed. Since they had arrived few hours earlier, he had gone straight to Jimin's room but the older hadn't moved at all. Tae was an absolute mess and his hyungs were trying to calm him.

Choi Bin and Sejin were dealing with the fall-out of the tour cancellation.
Jungkook had been trying to get Jimin out of his haze by whispering sweet nothings to him. Jungkook just wanted a reaction, a twitch, anything just not a robot Jimin.

“Baby how about we take a vacation, away from everyone. Just you and me to wherever you want. You know I'd do anything for you, right?” Jungkook whispered kissing his hair, “my beautiful baby.” Jimin still didn't respond. “Take your time hyung. I bet your thirsty, I'm going to get you some juice.” He kissed Jimin's head and got out of bed and headed out of the room. He found his hyungs all around the small living room. There was also an older couple who were currently holding Tae who was whimpering. He headed to the dinning table and poured some juice in a glass.

“How is he Jungkookie?” Jin asked him.
“Still not responding. I think he's still in shock.”
“We're here for both of you okay?”
“Thanks hyung,” Jungkook looked at the juice and sighed, “Army must be furious now.”
“They are understanding as always. Don't worry about... ” he heard a crash. He was already running to Jimin's when he heard a scream followed by another crash. There were footsteps behind him.

He opened the door and was shocked to find the room in a mess. The bed covers were scattered on the floor, the lamps, the TV screen and the vases were broken on the floor. Jimin was seated on the floor his knees to his chest rocking while crying. He was muttering something.

Jungkook went to him and picked him up and placed him on the bed.
“Want Kookie,” That's what Jimin kept muttering.
“I'm here baby.” Jungkook held Jimin tightly.
“You left me. You promised not to leave.”
“I'm sorry hyung. I won't leave again. I'm sorry.”
“Wanna go home.”
“We will go baby. ”
“I want to go home to Korea. I don't want to be here ever again.” 

Jungkook looked up to his hyungs and wondered what to tell Jimin. They couldn't leave the country yet. The couple he saw earlier approached them.
“Min-ah,” the woman called softly.
“Auntie.”
“We are going to take you back home, okay but not now. First we have to make sure those men get punished for what they did.”
“Auntie, they took ad-” Jimin breathed out heavily and shrunk to Jungkook, “Don't want to see that monster.”
“Jimin listen to aunty okay, have I ever led you astray?” Jimin shook his head, “We are going to have him arrested okay, our lawyers are already working on it. Your parents will be here soon.”
“I'm sorry, I didn't mean to cause so much trouble.”
“Jiminie don't you ever say that again, do you hear me? Now why don't you go with Jungkookie and get cleaned up while we have the jet ready to go to New York?” She told Jimin as she patted his shoulder.

Jungkook stood with Jimin. He looked at his hyungs who were mostly sad. Tae was seated on the edge of the bed.
“Taehyung hyung, why don't you come with us,” Jungkook said and Taehyung stood up quickly heading to  the bathroom. Jungkook placed Jimin on the bathroom sink counter.
“Taetae,” Jimin called softly. Tae was busy wetting a towel with warm water. “I'm sorry for worrying you.”

Taehyung came over and wiped Jimin's face.
“I'm the one who is sorry. I should have been with you.”
“You didn't know it would happen, don't blame yourself. I love you too much to let you do this to yourself.”
“Fine. Arms up.” Tae said and Jimin just raised his arms. It was always interesting to Jungkook to see them so in sync. They behaved like twins. Tae removed Jimin's T shirt and started wiping his body. Jungkook took Jimin's hand again.

“Shouldn't I just have a shower?”
“Shut up, you were motionless most of the day, you need a long bath but we don't have your bathbombs here. Wait till we get home.”
“Okay.” Jimin pouted.
“Are you done scolding my boyfriend?”
“Sure. I'll go get you a new shirt and some pants.”

Jungkook turned to Jimin and kissed his forehead, “Baby...”
“Thank for coming here for me. I was so scared I lost you forever.”
“I'm sorry I ever doubted you, I'll never make that mistake again. I love you so much Minnie.”
“I love you too.”
