Sunflower

"I don't know what I feel for you-"

  No! That was terrible! I can give that to Will! My hands wrote something else.

"Your a great person, I wanna be like you.
You make me smile without even saying anything."

  I can't give Will that! What if he's straight! I mean it could be like a friendship letter? What if I just give it to him and don't tell him it's from me? I can set it on his desk! Perfect!

  I got up out of my chair and marched to Will's cabin. He was their. He was wearing a pastel tie-dye shirt and loose ripped jeans. His blonde hair was messy but in a perfect way. If that makes sense? He had lots of freckles, in fact it would take me forever to count all of them.

  He started to move away from his desk to go to help a patient and that's when I made my move! I bolted inside the infirmary, set the note down and ran before he could see me! (I hope) What if he knows my hand writing? What if he saw me? Oh gods. Best not to think about it right now I guess. Then I found the perfect distraction from this whole maybe tiny feelings for Will thing!

  My plan. Simple. I was gonna steak out in the woods and find that stupid shadow! I stopped at my cabin and grabbed my sword and some water and went out into the woods. The trees were pretty tall out here! They were your average oak trees, well most of them anyways.

  I found a tall tree I liked and started to mount it. It didn't look that hard to climb. I placed my hands on the branches and a few moments later I was in the tree. "Well?" I muttered. "Show yourself!". Silence. Was this thing really ignoring me? Does this thing really wanna be like that? "fine!" I shouted. "Fight me!" Silence. I sighed. Maybe this isn't a good idea I pondered. Maybe I should go back?

  I sat in the tree for a moment and my head wondered to a day-dream. It was Will. He was running in a beautiful field of sunflowers. He had a flower in his hair and the wind was blowing his curly blonde locks.

  "Cmon Nico!" He laughed as bent down at his knees to pick up a flower. He extend out a hand and gave it to me. "Here let me put it in your hair!" He continued as he pinned my long hair back and put the yellow sunflower behind my ear.

I heard a twig snap behind me which brought me back to the sad reality where Will was not running in a field with me in slow motion. I jumped out of the tree to follow the sound without realizing how high it was. "AH!" I screamed out. Suddenly something came up from behind me and hit me hard on the back of the head before running away. The last thing I remember before passing out was Will Solace running towards me."NICO?" He called. And then my vision faded.
