Will POV:

Another letter. I quickly folded it open and read it

Do you have any idea who I am? I'd hope not.
Thanks for replying I guess. I don't know what to say in this letter. I'm scared your gonna know who I am and I deeply admire you to the point where it's just embarrassing. So...try not to figure it out?

A large smile danced across my face. Someone admired me? It made me feel warm inside like the sweet cinnamon rolls my mom used to make me! I should write back again! It could help me figure it out!

Though, if they don't want me to know, should I still try and figure it out?

I picked up a pen from my desk and starting scribbling letters onto the nearest paper

Hi! I know you don't want me to know who you are but..I won't judge you! We can be friends if you want! Maybe we already are? I'm not sure but I wanna get to know you. You seem so sweet. I understand that you don't want me to know but just know, I won't judge you.

Its true, I wouldn't judge them. I admire someone deeply myself, not like he'd ever notice me but I do.

I let out a deep sigh, folding the paper and setting it on the corner of my desk, right by my cup of pens.

It's been two months since I received my first letter from this mysterious person. I still remember how warm I felt inside, how much confidence it gave me. I feel sort of connected to this person, as though we're meant to be friends— or more. That's why I need to figure it out!

I stood from my chair. I needed to get everyone's handwriting and figure this thing out! I grabbed anonymous's note from off my desk along with a fresh piece of paper, shoving it into my pocket. I bolted off, headed a group of campers.

"Write your name on this paper!" I said, holding out the paper.

"Ok?" One questioned, grabbing a pen from her pocket and signing. Darn it! It wasn't her! The handwriting didn't match!

I went around camp like this for the next thirty minutes. Part of me was looking for Nico, hoping it was him. Though, highly unlikely.

I spotted Nico, sitting in a patch of dead grass.

"Hey!" I shouted, running up to him, holding the paper. I probably looked like a crazy person no to lie.

"Hi" Nico waved, then confined to fiddle with his shoelaces.

"Can you sign your name on this?"

He looked puzzled. Skeptically, he took a pencil out of his back pocket and signed.

Nico

I made an audible gasp. NO WAY!!

I bolted across the camp, running to the Apollo cabin. I had to tell Austin and Kayla!

"Willow Solace" A voice called. They sounded inhumane, like a giant echo pulsing through my ears. I was unsure was it came from thought it didn't matter because it freaking deadnamed me.

I stopped in my tracks, surprised at the name I haven't heard in years. My feet spun myself in a circle, looking who It was.

The weird thing was, everyone seemed to be chatting to their friends or not even focused on me.

What the hell...

Nico POV:

I stood from my dead patch of grass, slowly walking toward the Hades cabin. Everywhere I stepped, the plants wilted, as usual.

When I made it to the Hades cabin I took out my sketchbook.

I started sketching the thing I saw in my dream. A monstrous shadow.

In my dream it consumed me, swallowing me whole, leaving me alone in the darkness.

I have found that drawing helps me put together my thoughts and that I was also somewhat decent at it.

A few moment later the picture came together.

The shadow.

It was tall and dark, like a void of black that only ended in death or some scary shit.

I started thinking back to the times I felt a presence behind me or saw a shadow that shouldn't have been thier...

What did it want? Why was it taunting me?

I guess I'll have see.

Double POV chapter! Hope you liked!
We're coming near the end! Only a few more chapters. I'm excited for you all to read the ending.

I'd consider this near the climax. Especially since Will knows about Nico writing the letters. And Nico is ready to throw hands with the mysterious shadow.

Let me know what you think!
