Author Notes: This chapter was a beast; my computer is slow and me and my mom were going to go get a puppy out of town from the dog adoption website, but the place lied and had given her to someone before my mom had even called the place yesterday. So not only no dog but no typing during that time either. :( But I did incorporate fluff, so ya'll enjoy. ;)

"Wren, where've you been???" Steve asks, both he and Robin wondering where she was in their culinary class. Wren's smile drops a little and falling behind her a little Eddie just shakes his head a little.
"You know, a little here, a little there." She responds back, not really wanting to talk about it considering how many students were in the parking lot. Robin and Steve both knew whatever had happened wasn't good for their friend.
Steve looks back up at Eddie and mouths the words 'thank you,' glad that he had probably helped with whatever it was. Eddie gives a small nod and wave and walks back towards his own vehicle as Steve gets in the car with the Buckleys.
Once Wren got in the car and they had got out of the parking lot the 50-question game began of "where were you", "why'd you skip class", "what happened", and so on. Wren told them about what happened in the cafeteria, Robin interjecting once she got to the part about following Eddie into the woods.
"So, you mean to tell me you've been skipping the rest of the time with Munson." She says with wide eyes. Steve smacks the back of her head lightly.
"What Robin means to say is that we're sorry we weren't there to help somehow, if you want, we can always kick someone's ass for you, you know?" Steve looks back in the rearview mirror at Wren who's just amused at his response, as Robin agrees that she can kick some ass too.
"Nah, I think I'm good on the 'ass kicking' lessons, but thanks for offering, I'm actually feeling pretty good." She smiles a bit, "and yeah me and Eddie just hung out in the woods until we figured you guys were out too."
"I see it's 'Eddie' now huh?" Robin smirks, turning around to poke Wren's knee. Wren kicks her seat and looks out the window blushing.
"There's nothing wrong with someone by their first name, it's not a crime or anything." She huffs, still unable to wipe the bashful grin away. Steve looks at Robin, raising an eyebrow. Robin nods in agreement with a smirk. She is so easy to read, they both think to themselves. Eventually Wren ends up finishing up the story by saying that she was going to the movies tomorrow with Eddie and the band to see 'Stand by Me', and how she was expecting a call sometime when she got home to double check, they were both still going.
Steve drove up into the Buckley's driveway, parking for them to get out.
"Why don't you come in this time Steve," Robin says gesturing for him to follow the two inside, "our girl's going to need all the advice she can get on this date." Robin says running up the sidewalk before Wren can hit her with her purse.
The Buckley's house was a smaller three-bedroom home, where Wren slept in the guest bedroom and Robin slept in the room across from hers. Steve followed them as they all went inside and left their school stuff next to the screen door.
"Hey Ya'll, nice to see you again Steve dear." Wren's aunt, Robin's mom said from the kitchen, as she rolled a ball of dough on the white counter.
"Hello Mrs. Buckley." Steve responds as the other two wave, and they all make their way to Robin's room. Robin shuts the door, and they all sit down, Steve sitting on a desk chair, Robin sitting on the bed, and Wren deciding to sit on the carpet.
