It's been three years since the war with the Beserkers and Berk has changed a lot, then again, so have we. Snotlout works at the armory now. Gobber gave him the title of official Weapons Tester.
"Haha! It woooooooooooooooooooooorks!" Snotlout called out, Hiccup saw the twins pushing a cart filled with weapons.
The twins, to absolutely no ones surprise, has dedicated there lives to Loki... the God of Pranks. Snotlout panicked when he saw the cart full of Weapons. "AH! HOOKFANG! HOOKFANG!" Hookfang caught Snotlout, "you just had to cut it close, did you!?" Snotlout complained.
And then there's Fishlegs, who has REALLY found his calling. Teaching the children of Berk the history of dragons. Fishlegs stopped as he noticed Hiccup and Toothless, "oh, kids, we're in luck! Here comes 2 of Berk's greatest heroes!" Fishlegs said. "Heroes? Well I was gonna go do something but I guess I can spare a moment-" Fishlegs interrupted the Chief. "The amazing Hiccup and Toothless!" Fishlegs screamed, the kids yelled in excitement. "Introducing my son and his Nightfury, hooray," Stoick mumbled.
Y/n has changed to. She had gotten more... oh I don't know... competitive? Sweet? In her ... own way.
"OUTTA MY WAY SLOWPOKES!" she laughed as she got on Starlight. "What is he up to today?" She asked herself, she looked at Ash who got on Stormfly and then they followed Hiccup. "Oh! There you are!" Hiccup shouted to them. "Hiccup, we've been chasing you since the armory."
"Oh, well, I'd thought we'd try out the far north today!" Hiccup called out to his best friends, "uh, can we talk about something first" Y/n asked. "Yeah! If you can catch me!"
"Oh boys," Y/n groaned as Ash went after Hiccup. "Come on, Girl," Y/n whispered to her Lightfury. "you know what, I'm just gonna say it. I have a pretty good feeling about today, Y/n and Ash." Hiccup said much to there annoyance. "You say that every time we go looking for new dragons. Hey, hiccup, while we have a minute, We wanted to talk to you about-"
"Woah, woah, woah! Look over there! There's definitely some movement up ahead! Large neck... large head! Behind the rock formation!"
"Yeah, anyway, we wanted to tell you-"
"This is it, Toothless, a new species of dragon!" It turned out to be the twins.
"LOKIED!!" The twins shouted, "ha! You totally thought Barch was a new dragon!" Tuffnut pointed out. "Oh come on! Did not! Let's go, bud," Hiccup said, looking like he had enough.
"Hiccup, those guys are muttonheads. But you have to admit, we visited every island, every sea stack, and every rock in the archipelago twice! And we haven't spotted a new dragon in a long time," Y/n explained, Ash nodded. "This can't be all there is! There has to be more out there,"
"What if there isn't, hiccup? What if we're done? What if the search is over?" Ash asked.
"It can't be," Hiccup replied, "well, it's over for us," Hiccup looked at them confused. "We've been trying to tell you! Stormfly, Ash, Starlight and I... we're joining the Berk Guard!" Y/n finally said. "Oh... that's great! I'm happy for you guys!" Hiccup said, trying to sound convincing.
"Look, maybe you should give some thought of what's next for you and Toothless." Y/n and Ash then left with Stormfly and Starlight.
After some time
Y/n POV
"All we got before Johann passed out was this. Dagur escaped from Outcast Island by commandeering his ships, he threw Johann overboard... about here," Hiccup explained, I glared at the twins for the 'Lokied' thing they did with Johann.
