We see Goku, Kakashi, Sakura, Sasuke, Tazuna, and unconscious Naruto on a boat heading towards the shores of the Land of Waves.

Sakura: How can you see with this fog? I can barely see in front of me. 

Tazuna: The bridge should be visible soon.

Goku: Wow, it's big.

?: Hey! Please keep it down. I took this boat out under the cover of fog. And I cut the engine and am rowing by hand. If they find us, we'll be in deep trouble.
