Son Goku Senju

Chapter 23

These characters are not mine, and I give credit where credit is due to the people who created them. Let's start with this story, as there is nothing else to say about it.

Goku opened his eyes to discover he was in a village, but the village had no sign of any inhabitants. Goku quickly stands up and appears to be a little confused. Almost immediately, Goku recognized the location. He had returned to the village of Sadala, which once had been the ancestral home of the Saiyan Clan. As Goku continues to walk, he eventually arrives at a large house that is the largest in the village. Just as he is making his decision to enter, he hears a voice that he recognizes calling out to him.

Bardock: It's good to see you again, son.

Goku walks toward Bardock, wondering why he is back with his father.

Goku: Why am I here again? Did something happen?

Bardock: Don't worry, you'll be fine, but tell me what's the last thing you remember.

Goku: The last thing I remember was that I was talking with my mother, then I fell unconscious. Damn it. She knocked me out.

Bardock: Hahaha, didn't she teach you always to keep your guard up at all times?

Goku would scratch the back of his head.

Goku: Yeah, but I never thought to have up around my mother.

Bardock: That's hilarious. Goku, your awareness should be on high at all times, but especially while you are within range of Tsunade.

Both Goku and Bardock just laughed momentarily when Goku decided to ask his father a question.

Goku: Hey, Dad, can you help me master your technique?

Bardock: Hmm, oh, that old thing.

Bardock brought his hand up his chin and began to think about it. He turned to look at Goku and smiled at him.

Bardock: No

Goku: What, why not?

Bardock: This is something that all future heads of the Saiyan Clan must learn by themselves. Just like the Uchiha have their Fire Ball jutsu and the Uzumaki have their chains, this is just a passage of you becoming a true Saiyan leader. Plus, you are on the right track. Just keep doing what you are doing, and you'll master it in no time.

Bardock: Kakarot, it's time for you to wake up. Your mother bit off a little more than she could chew, and your friends are in trouble. But there is one more thing you should know.

The surroundings around Goku were slowly disappearing, and he was beginning to wake up.

Bardock: Our people were born with a curse, and once in every generation, a Saiyan is born with a considerable ability that, if not controlled, may drive him insane. Remember, son, that you should not let your hatred and anger dominate you but use it to fuel you in your time of need. Control the beast within, and don't let it control you. The power will come to you in response to a need, not a desire.

Bardock would place his hand on Goku's head, and a great light surrounded him. Goku felt tremendous pressure around him and an increase in his energy. When the light disappeared, his body felt different.

Bardock: Go, Kakarot, and help your mother. Show Orochimaru what the son of the last Saiyan and Senju can do.

As Goku opened his eyes again, he was finally in the hotel room. As he got up from the bed, he quickly ran toward the window, trying to sense for Shizune or Tsunade chakra signatures. In a matter of seconds, he found them just outside of the village. Goku got worried after feeling everyone's chakra signature. Naruto's chakra was at dangerously low levels, while Shizune Jiraiya and his mother were also surprisingly low.
