Back at home, it was past dinner time

I was watching TV in the living room still feeling annoyed from what happened today

I looked as Soohyun was walking toward me and she sat beside me looking drained out

"What's wrong with you?" I asked, "stressed..." she looked at me

She didn't say anything but I knew she asked the same question to me in her head

"Annoyed," she nodded before she watched TV with me

"Why are you stressed?" I asked her which made her sigh, "lots of things..."

I nodded understanding her, "and you're annoyed because of Jay?"

"Exactly!"

She chuckled, "well it's obvious now, if you're annoyed there's a ninety-nine percent chance it's because of him"

I nodded since she was right

She turned off the TV which made me look at her with confusion

"Tell me," I raised a brow, "you don't like Jay right?" she asked

I immediately made a barfing sound, "unnie! Are you crazy!?"

"If you don't he probably does," she said and I shook my head

"He doesn't, and I don't either! What we both have is complete hatred!" 

She nodded but her face shows she was unsure of my answer which made me look at her with a straight face

"I'm serious," she just nodded again, "okay"

We both looked at the front door to see Yeji has come home as well

I raised a brow seeing that she was all dolled up

"Where have you been?" I asked and she was removing her heels, "a date, dad made me go on a date with the guy again... I enjoyed it"

"Of course you did, come here," Soohyun chuckled and Yeji sat in between us

"He brought me to a flower shop before we ate dinner," I raised a brow, "wheres the flowers then?"

"We didn't buy any, I didn't want flowers, I wanted to save his money for the food"

What she said made Soohyun hit her in the arm playfully, "smart"

I laughed, "what about you Y/n? How are you and Sunghoon?" she asked and Soohyun looked curious too

"Ahah! If you don't like Jay you like Sunghoon?" I shook my head, "I have no interest in Sunghoon whatsoever, ever since high school! I see him as a friend only"

Jay PoV

"Again?" he asked me in disbelief and I chuckled, "yeah"

I have been talking to Sunghoon since he came over to my house

We were drinking and it was relaxing, I haven't drank in a while

"If we listed how many times Y/n has been annoyed with you or mad at you... It would be a long list," Sunghoon tells me which made me laugh

Have I annoyed her that much?

Sunghoon took another shot of soju and groaned as the strong taste of the drink hit him

"What about you? Didn't her dad set the two of you up?" I asked and he nodded as a reply

Besides him nodding I wanted more than that as his answer, "how many dates did you guys do?"

"I don't know... Two or three?" he said sounding unsure as he tilted his head trying to remember the exact number

"Yeah two or three," he says and I just nodded, "you know... Y/n," I hummed

"What about her?"

"You know how before, I-"

"You liked her?" he nodded as he poured another shot, "what about it?" I asked

He just shrugged and took another shot and I did the same

I raised a brow, knowing he had something more to say but he wasn't saying it

I nudged his arm, making him continue his words

"I might like her again," he says which made me laugh, "again!?" I laughed loudly

He rolled his eyes and just leaned back on the couch

I pat his shoulder while laughing, "Sunghoon let me tell you something"

He looked at me, anticipating what I was going to say

I chuckled, "she's gonna reject you again"

"I know that," he hit me on the arm

I laughed again seeing how annoyed he was, which was funny since it would be Sunghoon the one annoying me

I looked at him as his expression was all serious and he was quiet, I continued to snort and chuckle silently

Which was bothering him

"You think I don't know that Jay? She's rejected me since high school and college"

I nodded, "oh everyone knew since you'd confess to her two times a week?" 

I knew I was exaggerating but if you'd think about it, he has confessed so many times

"I wondered why she rejected me though"

He asked himself, "because you aren't her type Sunghoon"

"No one is her type! It wasn't just me who'd confess to her or she rejected, there were other guys too but they got the same fate as me"

He explained, I thought about it too. Sunghoon wasn't the only one she rejected

"Pfft I'm even surprised lots of guys liked her," I scoffed

Who would like Han Y/n? She's short-tempered and all that, I guess if she was nicer it'd be more understandable

But it's not! Since she isn't 'nice'

"Why is it surprising?" he looked at me weirdly, "well it's surprising to me"

I say taking another shot of soju

"Well I'm surprised you didn't like her," I looked at him the moment he says that

He looked at me, his eyes trying to confirm if I've never liked her

"I never did," I tell him and he tsks

"Are you sure?"

"Never did, and never will"
