"What a pleasant day", Aura said and grabbed my hand walking into the college. It was really early and our classes will start only after one hour, so we decided to spend time in the library.
All of sudden the main hall got crowded. Everyone was trying to check what's written on the notice bord. Me and Aura squeezed ourselves into that croud to see the poster.
"As the Final Examinations are getting closer(20/7/2020), each and every first year students are ordered to stay in the college hostel from 11June to 15 July 2020,and are also requested to follow the timetable for studying. Students are allowed to use the Library, seminar hall, and the top floor of our college campus for better studying environment. Students are not allowed to stay in their dorm after morning 7am and are requested to get back sharply after 8pm. Those who violate the rules will be facing the punishments according to the college council. College canteen will be open from morning 8am to night 11pm. Every students are requested to move to the campus on the day before the official date and are allowed to settle their belongings in their respective dorms. Doubts regarding this stay can be cleared with your home room teacher."
"Shit! We're doomed" Aura whimpered.We got out of the croud with a blank expressions on our face.
Our cozy sleep for 8hrs, snacks in every 10 minutes, etc, etc, etc are not available for more than one month. This was enough for our energy to drain.
The extra hour doesn't seem to take that long to finish. Aura already went to her class and now it's my turn.
I entered the class and saw everyone with different moods. Some were sad, some were happy to saty away from their home, some were confused and some of them were doesn't even bothered.
Mrs. Smith entered the class with a large file in which papers are jammed.
