The definition of a crumbling utopia
The world was made up of one continent, called Argon. However, we were still human in nature. The world was divided between the North and South.All leaders were "elected", but in reality they were just rigged towards the richest. Heaven forbid that anyone had a competent leader. Very rarely, people were born with the ability to change their form into a completely animalian form. These variations are taken by the government, from the ripe age of 12, when most manifest. If you knew someone was a shifter, you had better turn them in, or you would be convicted for treason. After these kids were taken, they disappeared. Nobody knew where they went. However, there are rumors...
